What a shitty establishment!!! I had a pipe burst in my shower on Friday, I call them bc I've used them before. The guy comes and specifically ask if you fix the pipe your fixing it to make sure it doesn't freeze again!? Yes ma'am I got you I won't be back out here bc it freezes! Great the job is I pay them $600 I get home later that night n my pipe if frozen again!!! I call bc they are 24hrs right!?? Yeah well of course they couldn't send anyone and that someone would be there first thing in the morning at 9am! Min you I have to lay my father to rest all while dealing with this now on Saturday! 9am comes, 10am comes I explain that I need to leave to lay my father to rest. They didn't give a shit, they called as I was getting in the car to leave n had the never to tell me to wait 15 mins bc he's on his way!! Wtf!!?? I couldn't wait obviously so we then send someone from the funeral to come to our house and wait bc they were sending someone and no one ever came!!!! At 10pm last night some guy showed up and said yeah the guy didn't do it right there's no insulation so of course it's gling to freeze!!!! Says he'll be back at 9am!!! Well here it is now 12:30 and still no one!!!!!!! The guy on the phone told me I'm not a priority even though I paid them for the service!!!! Don't waste your hard earned money on these inhumane selfish pigs!!!!!!! I've disputed payment on my card as well!!!

How is the world is this sham of a company still operating. We called for no heat service call in our house and had to endure an entire evening and night without any heat. The phone rep told us that we were on the schedule for 12 noon following day. We called after no show at 12 noon, was told tech is running late and he will be there at 2 PM, don't worry. We waited until 5 PM to call again and was told, he's finishing up a job he's on his way, definitely coming. 7 PM still no show. Finally called them an cancelled and found a great HVAC one man shop in Brick, honest , quick and friendly...so good I gave him $100 extra for coming out to help us. A Absolute, might be hearing from our attorney....our pipes burst due to being feed lie after lie and freezing temps the day they were to show up............. A Absolute Train Wreck Of A Company

Can I give 0 stars? They don't deserve more!

They charged me $1,500 for defrosting my pipes and they were not even able to do that. He used a faulty thawing machine and my faucet pipes caught fire while he was outside smoking, when I confronted it him he told me it was fine and it wouldn't be an issue. When he left the pipes were still frozen, and I managed to defrost them using a $30 heater I got from Target. After the pipes were running again it turned out he had punctured the faucet pipes and after numerous calls to the company to come back and fix it, no one showed up. I am currently waiting for the next available technician in my area, and so I was yesterday...

I called the company because I had water pouring into my basement. The company provided emergency service. The repairman came quickly. The waterline to the refrigerator had burst; the turn off valve was frozen. The repairman was very polite; he fixed the problem- put in a new meter valve, icemaker valve and new tubing. He cleaned up the basement.
The price however was way too high. I have since spoken to people who know pricing for plumbing; they have said the price was outrageous. The price was over $1000 not including the $60 mentioned below.
The company also advertises free estimates; however, as soon as he walked into the house he said it would cost $100 to do anything. We later negotiated this down to $60 in cash.
The work was good; the price was not. I would not use this company again.

I recently got repairs done by this company for 2 leaking baseboard heater pipe couplings and one rusty water inlet joint for a hot water heater.
The repairman came promptly and I am happy with his work. But the price quoted was very high for the work done, 1 hour of actual repair work, 1 hour to get parts and tools ( 1 ft copper tube, 1 copper/brass pipe joint, 4 plastic tube cramps and a cutter, a cramping ranch, brow torch and soldering materials). So for max 2 hours plumber's work and $20-50 parts cost, I got charged for $650, which seems a rip off pricing. I got it done for the quoted price as I did not want to go through more estimations from other companies. Yet I think their pricing was too much for the non emergency problem. With this experience, I will think twice before I call this company.

The A-ABSOLUTE worst!!!!
i have waited for a total of 12 HRS over the last two days for someone to fix my heat .. first day no one ever showed up - i called every hour after my scheduled time & was told someone was on the way - after 4 hrs they claimed their technician rang the doorbells & called but no one answered .. second day - technician was here for 3 hrs to say he didn't know what was wrong & wanted to charge me $250 without any kind of resolution - simply ""I don't know""!! .. they agreed to send another technician within the hour .. 3 hrs later no one came!!!!!!!!
Please save your frustrations & money!! They are not worth it!!

Had a toilet issue, call Absolute as I had used them before with very good results. This time was very different. Came out the next day told us the problem and price which was a good price said they would be back that afternoon to put in a new toilet. Call to say that they were running late could they come back the next morning, I said OK. Called the next morning to say they could not come till the afternoon around 3:00. Five o'clock a person show up say he need to look at the toilet to make sure he picks up the right one. Comes back the next day puts it in I I come home that evening to a leaking toilet. He did not tighten the bolts on the back of the tank enough. Waiting for them to come back!! Very upset with this company. Don't know what happen to them in 5 years time. O. Maksymiw

I had a minor toilet issue that I had called them for.

First of all, they are not 24/7 as falsely advertised. The lady on the phone, when called at 10pm, said the soonest would be 10am next because they are busy with emergencies until then.

Secondly, 10am to them translates to post 6pm. When I realized this, I decided to cancel. The same lady on the phone from the night before said ""its a weird day, that's why we're running late."" I wish I had her name so that I can post it here on yelp. I called Royal Pro, which only does jobs in Hoboken. They got to my place in two hours, fixed the issue, and charged a good price.

Only use a-absolute if the rest of the plumbers in NJ go out of business.

A Absolute Thieves! They deserve zero stars. Their well specialist came out and properly diagnosed the problem as a dead well pump. While he called the home office to get a quote, I googled average prices for a new well pump and saw between 1k and 2k. The rep then quoted me $7500! What a joke. I hired someone else who did the job on a Saturday and charged me $1650. Run away from these criminals. Can't believe the owner hasn't lost his license. Too busy riding his yacht.
