I have to just say I called absolute on Christmas Eve, talk about an emergency on a holiday with family over and my water heater breaks.. They were the only company willing to come out. They were so friendly to deal with and came out so fast. The plumber who came was so friendly and very knowledgeable, Even better when he was done he cleaned up and it looked like nothing ever happened. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Called for appointment,said it was no charge to come out and look at our central AC unit. Tech arrived late, said it was the transformer and it was $450 to replace. Wrote up a proposal and then tried to charge for the visit after we told him we were not interested.
Had a second tech from another company come out from another company. He determined(for free) that the unit was not getting enough power..our electrician came out the next day and solved the problem. Just another dishonest contractor.

my water tank(circulating pump)needed to be replaced and someone came and told me it would be $800 including labor.. i asked him to discount more, he said parts were about $500 and the rest is labor.
he said $700 plus tax so i agreed to do the job through them--i checked on line to check the price on the pump the close to the ones he installed was maximum $200.
i feel that i 've been completely rip off!...
work is done and he did it in less than 20minutes..wow too much labor cost..
i don't think they can stay in the business too long, people can find out everything on line these days...
i will not refer them to anyone...

I first called this company on Jan 6, 2013 after I left Furguyson supply house where I had purchased:
1) New Moen Arbor Latest High goose neck all in one faucet w/motion sense
2) New Newport Brass Hot-water Insta Hot Tank
3) New Newport Brass hot water dispenser faucet
4) New Pass through insinkerator filter

Talked to Gil and told him what I purchased and described the job as follows:

1) Just purchased a new condo:
Have an existing single lever faucet and sprayer: remove both of those and install the faucet
2) Install Insta-hot tank and faucet
3) Install Filter

I get a price for about 250.00 dollars, he asks me if I want to schedule this now and I said yes, how is tomorrow, I said fine, we agree on a time window of btwn 1PM-2PM on Jan 7th.

Call 1) The next day at about 1:30PM, I give the office a call and ask do you know how long till he gets here, am I next. He said it will be soon. I will call you.

Call 2) about 2:15PM ,I call back again and say it's after 2PM and you guys said you would be here btwn 1 and 2PM is he close by, i'm not sure let me check. He Checked and the said it should be soon I will call you. I

Call 3) 3:15PM: Do you know where he is, am I next .He is tied up on job we have some broken pipes and they take priority. I will call you.

Call 4) 4:15PM: Do you know if he is almost done with that job, hang on.
Yes, but he is stuck on other job he is right there by you , we have all these broken pipes.. No heat and broken pipes are a priority. I will call you.

Call 5) 5:15PM: How is he doing, he is still stuck on the job. Ok, do you have anybody else that works for you that you can send soon. He says, no not right now they are all jammed up on fixing broken pipes and no heat calls. But I will call you.

Call 6) 6:15PM: Did you find anybody to get to me. Hang on.
He should be coming real soon. I will call you when he is on his way.

Call 7) 7:15PM: Where is he: We had another emergency and the guy I was going to send to you got jammed up again, But I will call you.

Call 8) 8:15PM: Where is he now ? You guys were suppose to be here btwn 1-2PM, I understand you have broken pipes and people with no heat but you should not have told me you are coming and then don't call me back. I am not upset that you are not here only in your lack of communication and being honest with me. ok man, I will call you.

Call 9) 9:15PM Ok that's it he can't come anymore tonight its after 9PM and I'mgoing to bed soon and this is a few hour job. Oh, I was just going to send someone to you soon, he is just finishing up.. (now really, come on, I didn't say this) Ok, well let's do it then tomorrow how about btwn 10AM -11AM will that work. yes. ok. .See you tomorrow I will call you at your work 30 minutes before he comes.

Call 10) 10:30AM: Hi this is Mr . do you have me on the list for btwn 10 and 11AM who are you, what town are you in. Oh, its on the schedule it will be soon..

Call 11) 11:00AM: Is he comming soon ? Yea soon, I will call you. Ok

Call 12) 11:15AM: How about now; yes I was just going to call you he will be there in a few minutes.

Call 13) @ 11:20AM: Eddie one of their Techs calls me and says I'm here where are you . I said that's not right address, you guys don't listen. He said that is what they told me. Ok.. gave him the correct address a few streets over and then he showed up.

At about 11:30AM: He shows up: and I tell him over 23 hours later that is not right. He starts telling me he just the call .. And he said yea you are one that keeps calling. Yes, you never call me back and tell me what is going on. He said we have broken pipes and people with no heat and that takes priority and I said I understand. But the office could at least call me and tell me what is going on.

He said well I guess they should.
-He comes into my place: I told him the price that Gil quotted me on the phone which was 250.00 give or take 50.00 dollars. He looks at my place and then under the kitchen sink and says. No, I can't do that jobs for 250.00. or 300.00 there is a lot of work there. I have to solder pipes etc.

I didn't tell him but there was no soldering really needed its all PEX.

He said just to do the faucet is like 275.00 ; what about the install hot , that/s another 230.00 dollars, he didn't say plus tax but I assumed that was not included. So I said that's over 500.00 that's a lot of money.

I said I want to speak to Gill, he calls Gil and Gill won't talk to me he tells Eddie he thought I only had just a faucet. Now I said to him you guys don't listen I went over each part in detail when I called to schedule the job with your company.

Now Gill doesn't get on the phone; and he says what do you want to do. I said I'm not paying that, that price is outrageous. He tells me we really don't need the work we are the largest pluming company in NJ and we have so much work. I said to him; you should be a little nicer to your prospective clients....

They replaced a thermal sensor on my system, a few days after I began to smell gas. I called them back and they returned after I called, and said it had nothing to do with them and they could not find the leak for less than $1200 more. I called PSE&G and they found the leak, and fixed it for free, and the leak was due to their previous installation of the thermal sensor. Completely would have screwed me over if I had not called my gas company.

Even giving one star is kind on my part. This company sucks!
They showed up 45 minutes late to give me an estimate for my kitchen with no apology. We needed to have dishwasher reconnected and the new sink connected with existing plumbing(kitchen was just remodeled) price was 425.00...Insane!
He gave me crap for about 10 mins cause I was not hiring them on the spot as I reminded him that he was here for a free estimate only.
The next day I got an estimate for EXACT SAME THING @ 245.00 and the guy did a

I had a good experience with them. We had something stuck in our toilet pipe causing it not to flush (even with every way we tried to fix it ourselves). I called them on a Saturday and they were here in an hour. The guy said he'll try to fix it with the snake first if he can (because it'd be cheaper), but if not he'd have to take the drain apart. Snake didn't work so he had to take out the drain.... but he fixed it. He even ended up knocking a tiny bit off the price too. They did a good job for me, thought it was only fair to share it with everyone.

I had a completely different experience than the reviewers below. I called for a consultation on a leak in the condo unit below mine and was extremely satisfied by the response I got. The plumber called me to tell me he was on the way and arrived exactly when he was scheduled for. When he arrived, he looked over the fixtures, went down to the other unit with me and when we found the owner was not home, offered to come back when we could coordinate and look at their damage. No charge and no pressure to buy anything!

They came promptly, but charged is $600 to do a $200 job. Our neighbors who had a similar air conditioning unit and had the same problem on almost the same day was charged on,y $200 for the same repair we had. Their prices are extremely high! Do Not Use!
