It took far too long to get my pipe fixed by this company. They forgot about my appointment and no showed. When I called they said they would show up ""sometime the next day."" They came and went and ""forgot"" to us one of the issues I asked to have fixed, even after I reminded him halfway through his time at my house. When I realized it I scheduled an apt for them to come fix what they forgot, and they forgot about that appointment as well! When I called, they tried telling me how to fix it myself.

They charged $40 for the visit, and $128 an hour.
There is a 1 hour minimum charge.

The fix took 20 minutes and cost me $168.

Will not use this company again. Do not recommend.
