Does not honor his commitments! Promised me that he would have all of the things they broke while doing my sewer repair on the 29th done BY today.....a no show! Gutter and facia still not fixed appropriately & downspout not connected where the owner hit my house several times with the backhoe, and cement splash broken, because he drove over it, was not replaced with another cement one as promised. The cracked corner piece of my siding they destroyed cannot be fixed. So sad the quality of work has deteriorated since Joe retired, and they have been revoked by the BBB.

These guys at AAA Sewer are the best sewer service I have ever used in Fort Wayne. I had a sewer backup, thanks to some sort of clog out near the alley. I did not want to use some of the other services that I have used before, and so I searched the internet and read alot of reviews before I decided to call AAA Sewer. I am sure glad I did! They were prompt, thorough, friendly, very professional, and gave me an affordable price. The owner took time to explain everything in detail to me and made some recommendations.
