My wife was hearing a sound for a while and we couldn't tell if it was water or just air in the ducts. We were hesitant to call a plumber because we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg just to find out that there wasn't a leak.

My wife remembered having a positive experience with George years ago when we were renters so we finally called. It eased our mind that he would come out to check and give a free estimate. There were two issues. Since one was an emergency leak...think gushing water under the house...he came on the weekend the next day to fix it. His work was professional and comprehensive but I have to echo what another commenter mentioned...he is just a good human being. Very patient and friendly and got the job done. The gentleman he brought that worked with him was also good people. They took the time to explain what they saw in a very accessible way.

When he came back to fix the non-urgent issue, all of the above still applied and he had some good suggestions to help with other issues we have...our water takes forever to heat up...so he suggested a recirculation pump (I think that's what it's called), which my brother in law mentioned but it was nice to hear it from an expert too. Honestly it's nice to have an honest, hardworking, friendly and just cool person to know we can count on for our plumbing needs. Look no further and call A A Twin Brothers Plumbing. I had a running toilet and another plumbing company was taking too long to get a part they said they couldn't find. I called AA Twin Brothers and they came out the next day and said I need the OEM for the flapper. They obtained it and came out and replaced it. I was pleased with their service, knowledge and value. George quickly followed up with my request for an invoice.

Had trouble with dishwasher and bathroom sink. Called and spoke with someone who then transferred me to a plumber and asked me to send him pictures were the leak was. He viewed the pictures told me a price and arrived within an hour with all the parts he needed. Came in got to work and was done in about an hour.

They put on shoe covers before coming into our home, walked me through the step-by-step process of what they needed to do, executed the job efficiently and despite all the hurdles they had to jump through dealing with our HOA and landlord, they were still extremely wonderful to work with. My toilet was running non-stop and my bathtub was draining slowly. They responded quickly and provided a same-day estimate. They sent someone out in less than 24 hours to repair. They were prompt, courteous, and wore shoe covers. I will gladly use this company again.

You can't go wrong with George and this company! I was able to
get George out within the same day and he was able to fix my water heater problem. Very friendly and a great person to have a conversation with. Even went above and beyond to help me make sure i could get replacement parts (under warranty). Thanks for everything. Our tank water heater went out and George at AA twin brothers plumbing was able to replace it the same day for a great price! He was efficient, nice, reliable and gave us tips for prolonging its use. He also brought it up to code. He is a licensed plumber that is trustworthy. We are so thankful for him and would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issue.
