At present, we remain a family-operated business, including our daughters, Janine Preciado Sanchez (COO) and Ericka Preciado Bacon (RME-U licensed), who contribute to the family business, along with Johnny, our new licensed master plumber (RMP #41298). We have expanded to deliver tailored comfort and energy-saving solutions. Throughout the years, the business has expanded to provide underground utilities: sewer systems, sewer access points, water utilities, water mains, water taps, manhole setups, rock removal, storm drains, camera inspections, fire lines, and fire water sources. We manage new and existing construction for residential and business buildings. We execute commercial and residential remodeling projects, rough-ins, final installations, finishing work, sewer fixes, and gravity force mains to below-ground systems.
