At present, we are still a family-owned business, joined by our daughters, Janine Preciado Sanchez (COO) and Ericka Preciado Bacon (RME-U licensed), who contribute to the family business, along with Johnny Gonzales Jr, our new licensed master plumber (RMP #41298). We have expanded to provide tailored comfort and energy-saving solutions. Recommended Customer Reviews
Terrible customer service. My husband and I have called, left messages and was even told that someone would come out and turn my water sprinklers back on after they were turned off in order to fix a leak. First we were told that SAWS should do it then I called SAWS and they told us that the contractors should have done it after they fixed the leak. The contractors told us on one occasion that they would send someone out but no one ever showed and now no one wants to return our calls.
