Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to ""up-sell"" me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

Bob is professional, prompt showed up in a mask. Called to unclog a drain in kitchen. Bob attempted to sell me on a super expensive fix. I requested he issue a quote, called another plumber who unclogged the drain. I believe Bob's tactic is likely effective on many.

Had an issue with a job that previous plumber did and broke main drain clean out while doing it. I contacted Bob and he showed up within an hour. He was very detailed and explained what needs to be done and quoted reasonably for the job. Very satisfied with the job he done. I would definitely call him next time I need some help with the house.

I've used Bob twice now. The second time was to install new toilets I had delivered to my house. I trusted Bob to do the installation instead of the contractor provided by the home improvement store where I purchased the toilets. Bob showed up on time and did a great job.

Bob is hands down my best find on Yelp. I recently requested quotes for what turned out to be a drain leak behind the drywall in my garage (I thought it was a concrete slab leak). Bob came by for a free estimate, assessed the situation, and told me in very clear terms what the problem was. Bob's estimate was extremely fair (I had received another estimate before Bob).

Bob did the job on time and for the price he quoted.

The great thing about Bob is that he's a licensed plumber and general contractor so he's super knowledgeable and will give you his expert assessment from these two perspectives. Because he is a general contractor, I had him look at other possible repairs around the house. Stuff that I thought might be important to fix he recommended to leave alone.

In short, I really appreciated Bob's honesty, his straightforward assessment regarding repairs, and his very fair pricing. I highly recommend Bob and would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Bob was very knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new dishwasher, bathroom faucet and shower neck all in a couple hours. I'm not sure what the market rates are for professional plumbing, but his prices were reasonable.
