Company Overview
Our services are offered Monday through Friday; we do not handle weekend emergency calls.
We handle all types of repairs including sewer, water, gas, and septic systems. We specialize in water heaters, faucets, sinks, toilets, disposals, water filters, and various other plumbing needs. Our specialization includes maintenance, pumping, repairs, and installations of septic tank systems for both residential and commercial clients. We also specialize in re-piping for sewer, water, and gas lines. We offer expertise in PEX and copper re-piping through our skilled specialists. If you encounter any plumbing issue, we can resolve it efficiently.
If you have a blockage in your main sewer line, we can clear it with a cable or hydro jetter and then use a camera to determine the issue. We will locate the issue and offer the best, most economical, and permanent solution available.
If you have septic system concerns, contact us; we are one of the few longstanding companies that have been pumping and installing septic systems since the 1960s.
A&A Plumbing and Rooter was established by my father Butch (August Sr.) with his parents in the late 1960s; he received his license in the mid-1970s, and for nearly 50 years, we have been a dependable plumbing service in the Inland Valley. After earning my business degree, I, August Jr., took over the company in the early 2000s and have been leading it ever since, with a focus on sewer, water, gas, and septic systems.
As a family-owned and operated business, we uphold the highest morals and principles in our work. Our pricing is easy to understand, and we can often provide job quotes over the phone.
Growing up, I gained plumbing skills by observing my father repair different problems, equipping me to handle nearly any situation. I chose to take over the family business while still in high school. After graduating, I immediately enrolled in Riverside Community College, and by age 20, I was working full-time to enhance the company with the business and marketing skills I learned. Through five years of dedication, I grew from one van and a pump truck to three vans, two pump trucks, and ample equipment to fill them. I have managed anywhere from just myself to seven employees at one time. In my 15 years of managing the business, I have found that I want to maintain a small, family-focused company. By keeping the company small and family-oriented, I can cultivate personal relationships with our customers and my team, upholding high work standards and strong principles.
