AWESOME TEAM at A&A plumbing! First off I called around to about 7 different plumbers when I needed a leak under my house fixed. Everyone else said they could schedule something in a few days or next week. August picked up after the second ring and had Sergio out at my house within 20 minutes! Truly amazing hustle from these guys! I can't say ENOUGH about Sergio. The guy is a super hard worker and not afraid to get his hands dirty. He was super cool and really patient in explaining the whole situation and what needed to be fixed and why. Pricing was more than fair and they had the job done in one day! Would use these guys and have already recommended them to a friend of mine who needed work.

A&A came out within 2 hours diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly. I felt the price was fair for the work they did. I didn't feel gouged like I normally do when other plumbers have been to my house. I highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We have an 84 year old septic tank that has been lagging. August and crew did a thorough inspection with a camera and informed us of a distribution box that was buried 3ft deep. Once the box was unearthed, they were able to clean out years of roots and sludge. They made improvements to our system by raising the d-box to ground level and went inside tank (I know ) to cut out a new hole for better flow between the chambers. If you are looking for knowledgeable, honest, polite and efficient people, this is the company. Other companies that came out stated we needed a new system and didn't even perform the level of inspection as August and crew. Many thanks August, Jason and Sergio.

Duke and his team is top notch. Honest, reliable and professional. We had a main drain clog at our house. Duke answered the call right away. Texted his eta, and he was pronto. He was able to ping point the problem right away and even cleaned up the mess caused by the back clog. On his way out, we asked him to take a look at the leaking garbage disposal. He gladly inspected it and offered to replaced it right away, even it's well past dinner time. Thanks for been a life saver!

Last night, our tenants notified us that the bathtub is clogged. Earlier today I called A&A Plumbing & Rooter Service to make an appointment, but got their voice message and I didn't leave a message as I was going to call them back later. About an hour later, I received a call back from August. He says he got a missed call and asked how he can help. It was really nice of August to call me back as I was not expecting it... that just shows they are in the business to provide world class service for their customers. Anyhoo, I made the appointment with August for same day in the afternoon.

August went out to our rental property and resolved the bathtub clog issue in a jiffy. He also recommended a snake drain cleaning tool that our tenants can buy for future use. Anyway, I made the payment via credit card over the phone (there is a transaction surcharge of 4% of the total charge when using a credit card which is fine)... and received the order receipt confirmation via email. Thanks August for making it very easy and simple! I appreciate you for it.
