Anthony the plumber called me about 45 minutes before he arrived during my scheduled appointment time to tell me he was on his way. He said he had about 25 years experience & answered all of my questions.

He had some trouble removing my rusted Toilet nuts. But he used some rust remover to loosen them enough to remove them. He checked for water damage on my floor near my leak & told me he didn't see any when he replaced its Wax Ring. And he also replaced its 2 rusted bolts with 2 new ones without even charging me more for them or the extra time to replace them! He also did it all in about 1/2 an hour.

So I'm very happy with his service. And I'll call A & A Plumbing again for all of my plumbing problems. Thanks Anthony for your great service!

Our home warranty company dispatched A & A Plumbing to our home to repair a water valve leak in our kitchen. Anthony, the plumber/co-owner came out, but he was not able to fix the issue because he did not have what he needed and he assured me that he would be back the following morning. He instructed me to shut the water off to the house to stop the leak. The next day, I waited, and after a reasonable time, I called them. The woman on the other end, Cher, was SO rude! She told me that he was not going to be showing up because it was his birthday. I told her that he assured me the day before that he would be here, and she rudely said, ""he is not going to be there because it is his BIRTHDAY!!"" Like, I should be apologizing to HER for even calling them! I told her that I had no running water and 3 kids. Her response...""that's the way the cookie crumbles"". Unbelievable. I quickly called the Home Warranty company to complain. They told me that they would send them out as soon as possible to finish the job since they had already started it. Well, he did return, and fixed the leak. I then had a couple of other issues with plumbing, and the home warranty company again sent the same plumber. He had to come back a couple of times because he didn't get things right the first time. But, he eventually got it done and we haven't had any problems since. I would give the plumber 3 stars, but I would give this woman, Cher, 1 star. On one occasion, I called to confirm they were coming out that day, and she said ""no, he's too busy"", I told her that the plumber himself told me that he would be coming, and she said, ""he's so stupid, he doesn't even know his own schedule""!!! This is her boss she is talking about. Who would call their boss stupid when talking to a client? She is unbelievably rude and incredibly unprofessional. How on earth does this woman have a job in customer service???

Great company! Had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to come out the same day. The technician explained the problem to me and walked me through the process he was going to take to make the repairs. Their price was reasonable and the work was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this company.

they are by far the rudest and they lie about their prices also the girl cher that works there is has the worst customer service rep and she is very unprofessional and rude!!!! i called my insurance company old republic and placed a complain!!! i do not want this ppl near my house period!

Lucy or Lupe was supposed to set an appointment and wait for the home warranty to cancel if a faster than 30 HOUR response time could be found, (FNHW, fast, ROFLMFAO!!!) of course they didn't.
Had a friend call them for a main line cleaning in placentia, they said they could be there in 2 hours.
I was told they were backlogged for appointments through the next day, yet by some divine magic, they found an opening for a cash call.
Based on several reviews on here and the fact they are based out of a HOUSE........ I'm quite sure the only work they get is from home warranty companies and people who are desperate and in a panic for a quick fix. I would never recommend them simply based on the ineptitude of the scheduler.
A simple rule of thumb..... if they work for a home warranty company, there must be something really bad with them, because if they have their act together, they would tell the home warranty people to shove it where the sun don't shine.

RUN AWAY! DO NOT WALK! I'll second the comment about Cher being one of the rudest people I've had to deal with from a ""service"" company. She even lied trying to tell me their company sent ""3 men"" and I got a great deal. One of the ""men"" was the plumbers adult son who was in California, on vacation, visiting his dad (the plumber). The son hung out and chatted with me, surfed on his phone and just chilled with his dad. Really nice guy.
I'm sure the plumber didn't wake up that morning and say I'm going to do a crappy job today. He was a nice man. Just didn't do so well in the plumbing department. Short version is he cut the wrong pipe more than once, hooked up the hot water to the cold side, told me my system didn't have a manifold when it was right in front of the hole they made (very tough access I will say). Brand new wood floor has scratches, broke a shelf, had to come back twice to straighten things out. Ultimately the repair turned out to be a bandaid.
When I cut Cher out and spoke directly to Dominic, the owner, we agreed to have a different plumber come out and do the job that should have been done in the first place and he would take care of me on the price. Plumber comes out and bids the job (repipe 1200 sq, ft. home) at $10,600.00 I had two other quotes at $4500 and $5500 (copper vs. Pex). They took care of me all right.
Again RUN from this company!

Wow I been dealing with them for about a 5 days now, I have to say that the women who's name is Cher is by far one of the most rude and unprofessional ""customer service reps"" I have ever had the night mare of dealing with! Every time I talk to her she makes me feel as I am bothering her, I'm sorry that my house has been flooding and leaking, I guess she's forced to be there either way if she is there to make this business look bad She is doing a amazing job!!I'm truly ready to be done dealing with company just because her. Next time I will ask my insurance company to use another more suitable company.

After sending our original home warranty plumber away on Sat 10/25 (completely useless) we were assigned to A&A. They sent Allen Scholl, a real plumber on Monday morning. Allen assessed the problem quickly, had to dig out part of our bathroom floor and replace a section the sewer line. Knowing we were in a crunch for time with our looming Home Halloween Haunt on Fri 10/31 AND had guests staying with us, Allen was back, bright and early Tuesday, mixed the cement & completed the job. Pleasant, straight talking and professional. We would recommend A&A Plumbing to anyone

Great service. Prompt in answering or returning calls. Very affordable prices unlike the big companies out there who overcharge their customers, because of such huge overheads.
