STAY AWAY... I have been a home owner for over 25 years and this is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. They charge by the hour from the time they arrive at their shop to the time they leave your house. 2 apprentices were at my house for 2 hours for a minor repair and I was charged for 41/2 hours. It was explained to me that they arrived at the shop at 8:30 am and had to go to the supply store to pick up a part for the repair. They left my house at 12:15 pm and the additional half hour was for the time they came out to look at the problem. To top it all off my air conditioning didn't work after they left.
When I withheld partial payment the Owner confronted and threatened me and then proceeded to kick a dent in my new car.
Needless to say this is now a police matter.
