After a flood in our condo, A & A Contracting Services came in first to help manage a very lengthy and convoluted process with our insurance company. Terrence helped in this department, revising and revisiting costs so that the job could get done without too much out-of-pocket funds. He was extremely determined to get the project to the approval point, and he was successful in doing so. From there, Todd took over as project manager and he and his team were highly professional, skilled, and considerate. Todd was also sure to keep us in the loop with updates and progress, and went above and beyond at the end with extra finishing touches. We are grateful to have had Terrence and Todd and their teams manage the removal of our damaged flooring and installment of new flooring (and the new floors looks great!).

Entire team was respectful towards me and communicative throughout the scope of work. I especially appreciated Ricardo's attention to detail and customer-first approach. He was great to work with and I would work with him again.

My main reason for not giving 5 stars was with our project timeline - it was clearly communicated with plenty of notice and but was not met because the office failed to order materials in a timely manner to meet the deadline. Also, some minor issues with the tidiness of the job site and our neighbor told me the crew was pretty heated and loudly arguing one day for the entire day.

Thanks to Ricardo and Terrence overall for helping us complete the project, the end result was good even though the timeline was unfortunately not met.

I had the displeasure of being sent this contracting company for a water leak. They were subcontracted by AFC Contracting for dry wall repair and flooring in my laundry room and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractimg company as a whole.

Initially, I was told that the process would take one week. The first contractor who came did his work in what looked like it was going to take a lot longer than a week and sure enough, it took 2. Looking at the progression, it didn't look like he was close to being done and when he said he was, there were so many discrepancies which I've added pictures of.

After speaking with the project manager back and forth through this process, the excuse I got was that this guy was a new hire and he ""lied on his resume"". So I'm dealt a new guy who didn't get any supervision for his first project is basically what I'm being told.

Two weeks later, I get two other contractors, one who is a senior worker. After their ""completion"", I was left with a loose laminate edging, a splash of putty on the baseboard, creaky laminate, and much more.

What was supposed to be a one week project turned out to be a month of problems and headaches. If you just so happen to see that this group is in charge of your next project, RUN.

Michael, Prg MgR. Rocks. Its an all out effort to get your kitchen or bathroom designed as you want. Their work is awesome, polished and looks very professional when completed. Terrance even works with all so he knows their position. And tiling efforts by Ricardo is No.1. Carlos painting is over the top.

We hired them to repair a water leak that appeared around a window. They did a great job, showed up when they said they would, wore masks.
The job was completed quickly and they did a great job. The price charged was the price quoted at the beginning, no extras came up which is often the case with these things.
They were easy to get in touch with over phone/text.
Very happy with the work and how easy they made the process. Would definitely hire them in the future.

Our project took about 2 months total, and we were walked through every step by very qualified people who take their job seriously. I also appreciate the transparency when I asked for status update.
