I had the displeasure of being sent this contracting company for a water leak. They were subcontracted by AFC Contracting for dry wall repair and flooring in my laundry room and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractimg company as a whole.

Initially, I was told that the process would take one week. The first contractor who came did his work in what looked like it was going to take a lot longer than a week and sure enough, it took 2. Looking at the progression, it didn't look like he was close to being done and when he said he was, there were so many discrepancies which I've added pictures of.

After speaking with the project manager back and forth through this process, the excuse I got was that this guy was a new hire and he ""lied on his resume"". So I'm dealt a new guy who didn't get any supervision for his first project is basically what I'm being told.

Two weeks later, I get two other contractors, one who is a senior worker. After their ""completion"", I was left with a loose laminate edging, a splash of putty on the baseboard, creaky laminate, and much more.

What was supposed to be a one week project turned out to be a month of problems and headaches. If you just so happen to see that this group is in charge of your next project, RUN.

Michael, Prg MgR. Rocks. Its an all out effort to get your kitchen or bathroom designed as you want. Their work is awesome, polished and looks very professional when completed. Terrance even works with all so he knows their position. And tiling efforts by Ricardo is No.1. Carlos painting is over the top.

We hired them to repair a water leak that appeared around a window. They did a great job, showed up when they said they would, wore masks.
The job was completed quickly and they did a great job. The price charged was the price quoted at the beginning, no extras came up which is often the case with these things.
They were easy to get in touch with over phone/text.
Very happy with the work and how easy they made the process. Would definitely hire them in the future.

A&A helped me remedy, repair, retexture, restore the water damage of the bathroom in my rental property in San Diego. Their crew does quality work and very responsive and attentive to my requests. I also appreciate the transparency when I asked for status update. Overall, I am glad A&A has my back and put my mind at ease during the Shelter-At-Home period, because I know my apartment is in good hand without the need to physically being there.

A&A just finished a project at my house. They did all the downstairs flooring and the stairs. Also did a complete remodel of our bathroom upstairs. They did an amazing job!! The professionalism shows in there quality of work. Terrence the project manager is easy to communicate with. Any changes that needed to be made were done accordingly. He also handled the communication with my insurance company and made sure I was getting everything I was entitled too due to the damage caused by a water leak. Spearheading the labor was Eliel. He is a master craftman!!! Everything was precise and fitted perfectly.He answered all questions I had when he was doing the work. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling project you might have!!!! Don't hesitate to call them !!!

After a nasty flood in my condo I was very stressed and worried about getting all the mess out soon. Terrence was first on the job and was most agreeable and understanding about my concerns.
Carpet, pad, and large rug were removed right away. Excess water was extracted and humidifiers were set up.
Although this was a miserable experience for me, the clean up and removal of debris in a timely manner was most appreciated.
It was a very busy time for the company due to recent storms, but I didn't feel deserted overlooked. Junior was very friendly and happy to help. He and Charlie came the last day to make sure all was well.
I hope I never need them again but wouldn't hesitate to use their service again if needed.

I've hired A&A Contracting Services for multiple projects: full bathroom remodel 2 years ago, kitchen floor tile installation a couple months ago, and kitchen countertop installation just last week. I've had nothing but a great experience working with this company. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they provide. In addition to the quality of work, they displayed tremendous professionalism throughout the entire process. They were very considerate and courteous of my neighbors, cleaned up all the dust from cutting tile, etc. I highly recommend working with this company.
