Our municipality sent us a letter requiring testing of our back flow preventer. As this was the first notice we received I turned to Yelp for a recommendation on a service provider. So glad I did. We found Straightline Backflow testing and couldn't have been happier with their service. They were very responsive to my on-line inquiry and answered all my questions immediately. Work was scheduled for a few days later and the technician showed up on time. In addition to the testing, they completed all required paperwork for our municipality and submitted on my behalf. I highly recommend them!

I needed to get the annual backflow testing done so search yelp and found a couple companies that are certified to do the test. Messaged all of them, but Shawn (the owner) replied back the fastest and to my surprise, was the cheapest too. Set up and appointment after a couple messages. Paul (service tech) came out today and knocked out the testing fast and easy. Cant complain or say anything negative about this company and its employees from what i can tell. Great service, great pricing! What more can you ask for?

The company I work for was given two weeks to complete the annual LA County Health Department Backflow testing. We were previously using a local company for 25 years, and without any notice, they stopped performing Backflow testing. With a limited amount of time to be in compliance, we were in a bind. Luckily I found Straightline Backflow online. They were very responsive! Shawn was even able to schedule an appointment for the same day that I called. Paul came to our location on time and after the inspection, promptly filled out the necessary paperwork. The day after, Shawn called just to make sure that we would send out our certificate to LA County. Talk about great customer follow up service!!! We really feel like they care about what they do and their customers! We will definately use them for all future inspections and recommend others to do the same!

The city requires us to get a backflow test at our office each year and I found Straightline Backflow on Yelp. Our previous backflow tester raised their prices so I decided to look for one closer to our office. I messaged them for a quote on Yelp and Shawn reached back pretty quickly and was able to get a technician to come in to do the testing within a couple days. The price was reasonable as well.

Paul was our technician. He did run a little late, but it was no problem and he finished the job very quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was pleasant and so easy to get everything done! Will be a return customer next year.

I had no clue what a backflow test was but apparently it's something I need to get done annually at the new house. Shawn did a great job answering all my questions, was very professional and all of it was done over Yelp chat!

He also provided the best quote so I decided to go with them in the end. They sent out a technician the next day and completed the tests for me. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone to do your backflow testing, look no further!

Called another service yesterday and left a message but did not receive a response. So I called Straightline today and the person at the end of the line was extremely friendly, organized and professional. She sent a technician out four hours later and he arrived early (that works for me!) The service from Straightline was excellent and the price was reasonable. As good as it gets and I highly recommend this company.
