I had 3 HVAC Companies come out for estimates as to what needed repaired on my Trane HVAC. First company said I needed a whole new unit as it would be cheaper. Second said I needed $3500 in repairs. All the while Michael at A-A Annandale was kind enough to be communicating with me. They came out and did a very thorough analysis on my HVAC (other two companies spent 10 minutes max) and told me exactly what was wrong. They then promptly scheduled my appointment. They were on time, very efficient, and were very detailed making sure that the unit was running correctly after the repair. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to them being honest and so pleasant to work with. They will forever have me as a customer now.

A-A Annandale is so wonderful to work with! My AC unexpectedly started having issues during the height of summer. I called A-A Annandale and they were able to get me an appointment immediately. Wendy was so great at getting me on their schedule. Don was so wonderful and professional. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair. He let me know that the part and labor were still covered by my warranty. No hassle at all.

I have used A-AAnnandale for years and they have always been reasonably pricedand reliable. I recently had a new furnace, a/c, and water heater installed and most of the duct work in my house replaced. They were fantastic, It was a big job and very messy. They were diligent, neat, informative and got the job done in a way that truly left me smiling. Mark, Ronnie and Victor are real pros and I highly recommend them.

Last June I had my air condition service by this company. I am boiling because we were robbed. My wife was present when I service man arrived. She explained that the AC stopped working after running then cut off and on. the repair ask her to turn the AC on inside the house. With the cover off the AC came on. After 10 minute of cooling the repairman told my wife that AC the system needed freon. He hooked a tank with gauge to the system appearing to put in freon. When he finish he charged us 300 dollars for the service call and two pound of freon. The AC worked for two days only. When I called the service company again they insisted that I paid another 85 dollar service charge; which I decline. I had another independent AC repair come out to look at the system. He immediately removed the electric compartment and found a disconnect hard wire that was burned out. Please note that the previous serviceman never removed this panel. The wire was replaced and freon was added using weigh scale. The conclusion is the previous sevice man failed to troubleshoot the system and allegedly charged for freon he did not use. Use this company at your own risk!!!!
