CAUTION - This company uses predatory marketing and scare tactics to overcharge vulnerable customers who need plumbing services, but are not savvy about how much such work should cost. Be sure to get an upfront cost for your plumbing needs and then shop around. Rather than using reasonable time and materials rates, they quote fixed costs for the job, which is usually way too high.

They charged my vulnerable senior relative $$4,800 for a water heater replacement that took 3 hours to complete! Not knowing any better they paid by credit card. The work done was fine. But, this was clearly an outrageous amount to charge.

To AAA Plumbing's credit, when I ( the customer's guardian) called to complain about the price, the company manager returned my call after I waited for 3 days and he was very polite. He initially gave me some pushback and tried to justify the price. However, when confronted with facts and threatening to report the company to the BBB and the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, Elder Fraud group, he agreed to credit back $2,500 of the charges and did follow through promptly with a credit card refund.

Obtructed my driveway for several hours. Called Company several times with no resolution. Driver decided all he would do was emergency lights and go back to what he was doing. Disrespectful to the fact that its a prominently hispanic neighborhood. Not a rich side of town. Driver is seen on camera obstructing a fire zone from across way as well
blocking my drive way for hours.

I called on a Friday and they scheduled for Sunday. I thought great. Sunday comes I get a notice mid day the have to reschedule. Got to scheduled for Monday. On Monday 05:33 got a noticed to reschedule. They must be busy and don't need the work. Tuesday I called someone else and they will be here tomorrow 1-3.

My grandma had them come out to fish my sons toy out of the toilet pipes. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because he couldn't get it out. He (I think she said his name was Nikolai?) was polite and didn't charge.
