this guy is horrible , unfortunately I did not do any research on him first, gave him a deposit and now trying to get it back. don't use this guy

Marc was completely unprofessional. He left things a complete mess, did not come when he said he would, and left jobs half done. He has no respect for personal property or for your convenience. He utilized our belongings during a repair job and did not apologize for ruining them and did not ask to use them. I would never recommend him to anyone and suggest you find any other plumber.

Absolutely unprofessional. Nice upfront, but horrible customer service once he gets your money. When changed mind and denied service within 24 hours-(the law) he swears and yells at you and then tries to screw your over . I advise you to look elsewhere.

Do not hire Marc - Do not ask him to come do an estimate. We called him for a leaking faucet. He said only one way to do the job period. Estimate was $1200. When I asked to think about it from my husbands hospital bedside, he was rude. He charged a $145 for his visit (no work done) and said if we signed the contract for the $1200 repair, he would not waive the $145. I called a fabulous plumber (Rooter - 518 - 379-7953) and he came and repaired for a total of $225 including visit, parts and all work done to my complete satisfaction. Unfortunatley I am out the $145 I paid Marc for nothing!!!!

Marc's plumbing and heating is not a place that you want to do business with. He does not complete his jobs when he says he will. He does not full fill his contracts like he says he will. His idea of quality work is a joke. He leaves things messy, incomplete, and at times not working properly. As for rates they are fine until he takes your money and runs! If you doubt what we are saying check Yelp, Goggle, and the yellow pages. There are recent reviews implying the same things!

Called Marc regarding a hot water heater not working. I explained we wanted to diagnose the heater and he agreed to come look. Upon arrival, he insisted we had to replace the heater and would not and could not ""diagnose"" it. He insisted I had to buy a new $2,250 heater. He also insisted that I could not get the parts anywhere. While he was still here, I found the required parts at Bradford White Parts.com. He then insisted that I would not be able to get these parts but according to their customer service, they are readily available. I did not trust him so I told him I would think it over. He then immediately told me it would be a service call of $110. This was NOT discussed on the phone. He would not leave without the $110.

We then called Apollo Heating (who we should have called in the first place). They will be here tomorrow to diagnose the unit. If they cannot fix it (or parts are obsolete), they will replace for $1,750.

Marc is either incompetent compared to his competitors, or unethical. Not sure which.
