We lost water at 8 PM on Tuesday. Sara answered my emergency call immediately and said she'd be here at first light the next morning. Not only did she arrive on time, but throughout the entire service call, she communicated well: telling me what was wrong, explaining how she knew what was wrong, and how she could fix it. It turns out that the thirty-year-old pump had gone bad. In less than two hours the water was back on and the bill was less than a third of what I was quoted by the other companies in the area that supposedly provide 24/7 emergency service-- but who did not get back to me until AAA had already fixed my problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Life savers. Truly amazed on how quick Jim and Sara were able to help us.

Our well pump broke on a Sunday morning. We were completely dry, no running water. The pump finally gave out from months and months of short cycling (pressure tank broke and we didn't replace it).

I called and left 2 messages with AAA American Pump. Jim called me back within a couple of hours. They were completely booked for the next 2 weeks... but since it was an emergency Jim was able to come at 7:30am the next day and replaced the well pump and pressure tank. We had running water by 10am on Monday.

They were quick, professional, and followed all Covid protocols.
I was amazed to see Sara pulling up 200ft of hose and wires to get to the pump. Pretty impressive back and biceps workout!

Price was high-ish but fair, no complaints here especially on how fast they were able to get us all fixed. Less than 24 hrs from original call.

Overall, very happy. They really were life savers.

Had no water, wasn't sure what the problem was, couldn't get ahold of anybody to get the job done. Finally reached AAA. They were super busy, yet made it happen to get someone out to my place within a few hours (about 3pm). Andrew was out that day, pulled my pump, diagnosed the issues and made sure everything was fully prepped to put in a new pump the next day. (needed a 1.5 horse pump which they didn't have on hand) Jim was there with the crane truck before 9am the next morning (after driving to CT at 6 something am to get the pump), and by 2pm (24 hours after I called them) I had a brand new pump, piping and everything was working well. They were incredibly professional, thorough, moved quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with quite a few vendors in the area (Ulster County, NY) and these guys are incredible.
