A 49.95 Any Sewer or Drain

I used their service to clear up the blockage in the sewer. The technician asked if I wanted both sewers cleaned and I opted yes to be on the safe side. They charge extra $30 due to the pandemic, so it's no longer just . 49,95. Not even a week later, water in the basement again. When I called them, was told there's no guarantee so will need to pay again. I understand if it had been a month since the first time, but barely a week has gone by. The tech was nice but don't think he was experienced. Disappointed.

I've used this company many times in the past with no issues, but never again after today. 1st they come almost 2 hours after the window they gave me with no call to let me they know would be late, they are now charging an extra $30 COVID sanitizing charge. They tech comes into my home and leaves an absolute mess in my bathroom, splashes all over my bathroom walls and floor and the mess he snaked from my drain in the middle of my floor, btw I told him I left him a bag for him to use to put the gargabe in. I gave them a 10% disc coupon that they supposedly took off my bill. I called the company to complain about the mess that was left and the operator blamed me said I should have not let the tech leave the home and unless a bag is provided they just leave the pile in the middle of your floor. I then called my CC company to fight the charge and I was told by my company that they charged me more than what was on my bill. I will never again use this company, proceed with caution!!

They told me the cost would be $92 for the service rather then the advertised price of $49.95 because of some nonsense fee.

Didn't end up servicing anything, just consulting.

The technician was fine and friendly.

After he left, dispatch called and I missed the call due to being in class. They left a NASTY voicemail threatening to take me to court over a $59 service charge.

This company sucks plain and simple. I thought my son threw one of his toys down my toilet because it wouldn't flush fully. I worked on it myself changing the flush valve, plunging, etc. I called this company and they now charge a $30 ""Covid surcharge"" I guess for their fancy masks. Guy came, snaked my bowl. Didn't work said it was my toilet and I needed a new bowl. I worked on the toilet again after the guy left. Bought a heavy duty plunger and it works. $100 wasted for 5 mins of work for the company.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional technicians. First, the representatives lied me when their technician would come. Instead of 10:00 am -1:00 pm, their technician came at 4:45 pm, was very inexperienced, rude and did not have proper tools and equipment. The technician told that he cannot clean the clogged drain as he does not have proper tools and equipment, however, requested to pay a service call charge for his coming. The technician told me that on the next day another technician would come with the proper equipment and clean the drain. However, when I called the office, the management refused to dispatch another technician. I believe that it is a rip-off company that does not have proper plumbing tools and equipment and their technicians do not have proper training and licenses. Stay away from this company

I would give them 0 star!!! First of all, they were suppose to come at 10 am and showed up past 1:30 pm when the water was overflowing like crazy!
The technician (stupid me, forgot to get his name) take advantage of my parents who cannot speak English very well, trying to over charge them and saying he will give a discount if paid in cash because he's an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR! but still was suuuuuuper overcharged- $450!!!!! So we decided to just cancel the service and he start YELLING AT ME saying I need to pay him the time he's been there to check the problem $105 dollars!!!!! and hung up the phone on my face!!!!!!
I called the office and the the supervisor tells me every person has a different character and not everyone can be nice... I'm like..... hello???? This is business? Customer service?? Does it matter to me if you are having a shitty day or not???
Do NOT call them for service! Terrible.. just terrible!

I called they came they drained my sewer line they left a HAPPY HAPPY Customer. Remember each line is $49.95 and be specific about how they charge and you will be satisfied. Every other plumber wanted $300 just to show up on a Sunday

the original work they did seemed fine and the man that came to my house took care of my dran problem. However it was much more than 49.95 but as long as my problem was solved I didn't mind paying it.
The contract stated; and was circled by the tech; all above stated work guaranteed for maximum of 30 days. Five days later I had the same problem so I called back and was told I would have to pay again. I tried to say that the contract had 30 day guarantee but she just kept talking over me and would not let me speak. Then she put me on hold and never came back. I can only assume that was her way of hanging up on me.
A shame since before this experience I would have given them a very good rating.

A technician name REYMALDO, installed a toilet bowl back with cheap cement. The cement is chipping off and the toilet is moving again out of place. They overcharged for the quality of work they did. Do not hire them.

Around 10:30ish this morning, I called The Original $49.95 to have a plumber come by and clear the backup to our sewer drain. At 11:00ish, I got a call that the plumber was on his way to my residence.

The Plumber introduced to us that his name was Dove like the bird and I found myself smiled because I never met someone with that name before =)

He looked at the backup water in our sewer drain and told us up front that it would be $50 for each line (in and out). My dad agreed to the price because it was better to have both lines done at the same time.

Dove was explaining all the information to me and I was trying my best to translate so my dad can comprehend what was going on with our sewer drain. He told me when to turn on all the faucets and when to start flushing the toilets to test the flow of the water in the sewer drain.

I am so glad that I didn't eat breakfast because the smell was so unbearable!

It took him about 48 minutes to complete this job. Dove also included a 30 day guaranteed on our receipt.

Note: You should have your sewer drain clean 1 to 2 times within a year!

I highly recommended Dove because he had a good attitude and provided excellent customer service to us!
