I'm still in shock after the way I was spoken to. First. ""Adam"" spent his entire visit lecturing me about how to care for my drains (I'm 59 years old and have a well kept home). He kept warning me that the machine can easily break my pipes. He unclogged one sink, leaving everything he took out from beneath on the floor. Then he went to the second sink and told me it was broken ( which I knew). I paid the $179, and he left with his lousy negative and degrading attitude. When I went to turn off the light he left on, I decided to check the drain. When I turned on the water I heard it flowing onto the floor! when I called the company the ""supervisor "" started immediately with an attitude and outright lies. Adam had lied and said i complained about the price, as well as saying that he told me my sink was broken. she refused to fix the damage he did to my sink, and was extremely rude from the get go! I will never use this company again!!

Bait n switch, was Quote quoted one price and they wound up charging me triple. They got no authorization, and no one saw them do what they said they did with this special process. Then we were threatened with violence. Stay away

Horrible would never ever recommend them guy they sent was horrible blew the pipes out on simple job. Would not clean the mess they made.

They are scam artists - DO NOT USE!!! Also, their customer service reps have nasty attitudes and are very unprofessional. The girl actually hung up on me when I called to inquire about the description of work that was performed by their technician to unclog my toilet and cost me $434 dollars. She was a nasty b*tch and could provide no help in answering my questions and just kept repeatedly telling me to call back tomorrow to speak to Julia, her Manager. This company is horrible and I would NEVER recommend using them nor would I ever use them for anything again.

Got someone out same day on a Sunday for a main line clog. Dove was the man. Awesome personality, definitely a character. Got the job done. No issues. 4 stars as the secretary's need some work with customer service

Took advantage of my parents. They charged 90 dollars to unclog the sink. Then came back to fix the other sink he told them it's more complicated pipes needed to be fixed sink removed so it would be 500. They came back out the snake down the drain like they did with the first sink and we're done after 10 min. They still charged them 500. After questioning and showing the bill from the visit a week prior we asked why isn't it the same price as last time since he did the same thing. The guy got rude nasty asked if we were plumber if doesn't matter what he did that they still had to pay 500. They wouldn't accept credit card or check! They we're definitely swindled ! Disgusting company ! Take your business elsewhere

Gives you a time window for service, doesn't show up within that time and doesn't call. So if you have 4 hours to sit home and waste your day this is the company for you! Totally wasted my day!
