My home warranty company American Home Shield dispatched this A 3 Aces Plumbing Company to my home to repair a water heater. The water heater and installation was covered by my home warranty contract less the $100 deductible. However they charged an extra $400 for a permit and pipe modifications which are not covered by my policy. I am a contractor myself and the plumbing contractors I normally use ido better work for the money and would have brought the installation up to current code and installed an expansion tank to the water line. But they did not install the expansion tank. They charged an extra $400 for two flex hoses which should have been part of a normal water heater install. I did not think the inspection would pass but they must have the City of Columbus Inspector in their pocket because their mediocre installation passed. I felt ripped off. I will have to hire my usual plumber to correct this install as they were unwilling to do anything to address my concerns. See what they installed versus what I was expecting and used to.

Alex showed up on time and was very polite even taking off his shoes to not get rain water on the carpet. However, he cannot do any work until he gets approval from the insurance and materials. He said it will take about two weeks to get these things. So, I still will have to be careful with my kitchen drain, and won't know if their company is a GOOD VALUE or RELIABLE for a while.

The service was so horrible, the service guy came to fix out sump pump issue and before leaving he said that the issue is fixed. But later the evening the issue came back and when called they said they come in the morning. By morning my basement is ""flooded""......They claim to be open for 24 hrs but not really.... I could get hold of them by 8:30 AM and the same service guy comes back by 9:30. And he says he is not responsible and he was shouting at us and ran away before we asked any questions..... This is really Pathetic company.... I dont want to give even a single * but cant do that....

Website says they have years of experience serving businesses. Called and said I need a commercial sink installed, they sent someone out for an estimate. The plumber said I will have an estimate for you in an hour or two. I called a few days later to check on my estimate and was told they do not do commercial work. Fine, change your website.

I would rate this business zero stars if I could. They were sent out to repair a faucet from my home warranty company. While working, chipped and cracked my sink top tile, denied it. After multiple calls to the business, no return calls from management. When the receptionist finally answered my call (called from another unrecognizable line) I was told it was previously cracked and the case was closed. The worker tried to cover the chips using silicone that he left and went to buy. Workers dirty and unpleasant odor as well. Very unprofessional business. Stay clear!

Fast. Skilled. Professional. Thorough. Everything you need in a plumber. Adam was nice and talked to me like the problem was his own, and wanted it fixed as much as I did. Replaced sump pump with a more durable sump pump with ease.

Alex, our technician, was great. He is an expert on installing our water heater. I would hire them back again for additional work.

The plumbing company was selected by our home warranty company to come out and install new hot water tanks in our home in April of 2018. On September 21st 2018 I noticed a small amount of water on top of the one hot water tank and a small amount of water on the floor directly in front of the hot water tank. I called this in to our warrant company who then called A 3 Aces Plumbing to come out and repair the issue. The worker came out and said he needed to replace a pipe on top of the unit and it would take about an hour. When the worker was done he came upstairs and asked me to sign the work order. I told him I wanted to go down and look at the repair so I would know what he did and he was hesitant. He then followed me down stairs to our finished lower level. As we entered our utility room I noticed water all over the electrical panel on the wall and water dripping down the hot water tank. I then realized that the carpet was soaking wet. I asked the repair worker what happened and he said he did not know but if I could get him some bath towels he would clean it up. I gave him two large towels and about 10 minutes later he brought the towels up stairs and handed them to me and they were dripping wet. He said it was all cleaned up and he needed to go. I wrote on the invoice that the floor and walls were wet. After the repair man left I went down to further investigate and found that there was still water everywhere. I immediately called A 3 Aces and spoke with the manager Linda. Linda said she would talk to the worker and then get back with me. Linda then called me back and said that the worker told her that the water was everywhere upon his arrival and he did not do it. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and Linda said she had already spoke to him and they were not willing to do anything to correct the problem and they were not taking any responsibility for it.
