Cory came out the first time on a Saturday to repair our sump pump. He fiddled around with the placement of the sump pump and got it working and was out in 5 minutes. He stated the work was guaranteed and if the same problem occurred, the service would be without any cost. However, the following Saturday the sump pump stopped working and we provided a new one for replacement. The bill was $314.82. Anyone heard of such ridiculous sump pump installation charges? Apparently, I find out from Tammy that nothing is guaranteed and their charges are fare. Poor work ethics and no follow up.
Please use some other service provider but DON'T use A2Z HEATING & PLUMBING under any circumstances. They are after your money and provide very poor service. I do not want anyone to experience what I went through with them.

Unfortunately I am not able to recommend this company any more. While I had some work done by them, we had some issues with the installation of an HVAC system in which the regulator/expansion value went bad within the first year of the new $6,000+ system they installed. While they did come out and repair it, we didn't end on good terms and per their manager they will no longer service us. We paid our bills, although I guess differences could not be resolved. I'm just disappointed as I was trying to give them another chance but will no longer be able to.

Professional and knowledgeable! They fixed an 8 year old problem we had with our in floor heating system from the original installation. They will definitely be my first call with any heating issues.

When I called to have my water heater repaired or replaced, the woman who answered the phone tried for 30 minutes to upsell me and on equipment for my water heater (which is failing as we speak). When I asked to speak to a supervisor, to schedule the appointment I need, she said so matter of factly that I AM THE SUPERVISOR, I was speechless. Don't waste your time getting cornered by these guys, I'm glad I didn't.

We have used A to Z on three occasions, one was home warranty issue with plumbing and two other times were because they were the only ones that had availability to come look at our heating or AC. Every single time we've used them, they've had to come back because the job wasn't done correctly the first time. A recent AC job was quoted as 500, then was nearly triple. They put in a wrong part which burnt up and stopped our ac again. They didn't have the part to fix that, but had a temp fix until the other part arrived. Got a bill today for another near 500/ that could have been avoided if they had done the job right the first time. Their team is very friendly, but hidden costs and return trips are ridiculous.

Is there anything worse than having to replace or fix a heating, cooling or plumbing appliance? Just throwing money at the most unglamorous but completely necessary machines in your day to day life never ever gives anyone the warm and fuzzies.

Our nearly 20 year old water heater started leaking so we called A2Z Heating & Plumbing. And when I say we called, I mean we emailed. Duh. It's 2018!! They responded back via email in a timely fashion-- we got on the same page on what was needed as well as options, had communicated a ballpark on pricing and I had an appointment sooner rather than later!

I got a text with a gps tracker on my repair man the day of so I knew when to expect him! He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. The price was fair.

I'll probably have another appliance needing fixing or replacing-- I'll definitely give my business to these guys again!

I had A2Z do our city-mandated Backflow test, and it failed. They sent a bid of $372 to fix it. Because this didn't seem likely to me, I called another plumbing company to look at it and they fixed a small corroded part for a single hourly rate instead of replacing the whole mechanism unnecessarily. When I called to express my disappointment in this, the woman in the office ranted about how offended she was that anyone would call them cheats and liars (which I didn't).

Renovating the master bath and had them out to get estimate to install supply/drain. Waited for the bid and then they said they couldnt give estimate (not even ballpark) without having exact fixtures purchased and waiting on site. The bathroom is to gutted to studs / toilet plumbing already installed, just needed shower/sink supply run from pex already installed in the wall and attached to the existing drain. Rescheduled for today for 10AM. Had supplies on site. Received confirmation that rep would be at our house between 10-11:30 AM. Took time off work, got home at 9:45 right as the office rep called to say ""Scott was there at 9:30 but no one was home. Our system sent you a text to say he was on his way early but you weren't there."" I never received a text indicating he suddenly moved the appointment to 9:30. She then told me that he had already left for another job and he wouldn't be coming back. Very poor experience!

Their receptionist answered the phone, asked me what I needed, then asked me to hold so she could finish what she was doing, and then hung up. I expected to receive a call back. I never received one so I will definitely be taking my business else where.

My home warranty company notified A2Z to repair a leaky faucet in my shower. A2Z replaced the faucet. After a few weeks it began to leak again. A few days later we were unable to shut the off the water which was now a steady stream. I called them back and they sent out a tech again. We were told by the tech there was nothing he could do since the faucet which THEY chose to put in my shower was so ""cheap"". Then he left. Unbelievable!
