From the Yelp reviews I read, I expected much more from this company.

I had a plumbing issue and my home warranty referred my request to A 2 Z. They came like they were supposed to and even made accommodations to come out the same day. The technician said he cleared the clog but my husband said he thought there might be more to it than just that. The technician said it was fixed and we wouldn't have a problem for a year.

Well, one week later we had the same problem. We called A 2 Z and the owner said that because it was under warranty, they would come back free of charge. Great!

Enrique came and said we had some serious issues including black mold! When my husband asked how he knew it was black mold, he said that it ""looks like it might be"". He said he would write up a report to make the necessary repairs and would be back two days later. We never heard from him.

Upon calling A 2 Z, they said they would talk to Enrique and get back to me that day. That was three weeks ago so we obviously have different understandings of what calling back the same day means.

Do what I am going to do and look elsewhere...unless you prefer to be disappointed.

Juan got right to me after a request for an estimate. And came out the same day!! My water heater pilot wasn't working so we were without hot water. He not only came out to look, but figured out the problem, went and got the part, and came back in the evening to fix it for us!!! We are so grateful! We get to take warm showers in the morning! Extremely polite and caring! Thank you Juan! I recommend if you are looking for a plumber who makes sure his customers have what they need, even in the middle of a pandemic!

I needed a new hot water heater and I had these guys do the job. Reasonable quote and responsive timeframe. The two guys that installed the heater were pleasant, respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves.

So far the work seems to have been correctly performed and I have no issue with the installation. Taking a credit card was a little problematic but was accomplished.

Our sink had been slowly clogging for months and we were aggressively ignoring the problem, confident that it would just fix itself because we're responsible homeowners. Then a pandemic hit hard and we just saw it as another reason not to call a professional. We took action and bought draino, a centipede, and nothing changed.

Similar to other folks' experience, we sent out a quote request to A2Z and Juan responded immediately, promised to have a technician out today, and just like that ladies and gentlemen our sink is running like new. Kevin was super professional, masked, and quick. He took the time to show pictures of the problem and explain what happened.

We are currently getting an estimate on replacing all the galvanized pipes in our million-year-old house. I'm really grateful for the swiftness, politeness, professionalism, and efficacy and Juan and Kevin!
