First off, you need to understand I called this company and they called me back several times with different times for appointments and different technicians that they thought would be able to help me so getting several calls before the initial service men arrived was a little agitating.
But this morning, when the service tech arrive, his name is Jonathon. He was very very professional efficient clean and I really highly highly recommend him. He is a very nice gentleman and I would hire him anytime in the future to do any work that I need.
But who's ever in charge of answering their phones and scheduling are a little bit in need of help in someway shape or form had like I said over seven phone calls to my home somewhere back to back. They didn't know exactly where but if they fix that they get a five star rating.

Had a clogged drain, called up A-1 and had Jose come out. Not gonna lie, I was a little shell shocked at the price of running a snake now a days, but I sucked it up and had it done. Jose is the man, he provided excellent service, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got the drain unclogged and even noted a few areas of concern, so I can get them fixed down the road. I am extremely happy with their service, and will definitely use them again when needed!

The only reason they got one star is because of zero wasn't available. Do not use this company. They are a complete scam. They tore up a sprinkler pipe next to a large hole that they had to dig to replace a main pipe. I worked for over a month and a half to get them to pick up the cost($80) to replace that sprinkler pipe and all I get is the runaround. They have zero interest in customer service and will do everything possible to push problems out for weeks and weeks until you just give up. These guys they are nothing but trouble. Never again.
