Had a clogged drain, called up A-1 and had Jose come out. Not gonna lie, I was a little shell shocked at the price of running a snake now a days, but I sucked it up and had it done. Jose is the man, he provided excellent service, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got the drain unclogged and even noted a few areas of concern, so I can get them fixed down the road. I am extremely happy with their service, and will definitely use them again when needed!

The only reason they got one star is because of zero wasn't available. Do not use this company. They are a complete scam. They tore up a sprinkler pipe next to a large hole that they had to dig to replace a main pipe. I worked for over a month and a half to get them to pick up the cost($80) to replace that sprinkler pipe and all I get is the runaround. They have zero interest in customer service and will do everything possible to push problems out for weeks and weeks until you just give up. These guys they are nothing but trouble. Never again.

Tankless water heater went out on a busy Monday morning - no water pressure, no hot water. Service line picked up immediately and was able to schedule Christian to come out day of. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Troubleshooting with a descaler unfortunately did not work but Christian assured us he could get a new water heater installed next day. Took the time to compare models, hot water needs of the house, pros/cons of water conditioner/filter, and pricing. Install went perfectly, work area was clean, and we are very happy.
