A1 came out the same day to give me an estimate. Jose Reyes was able to come back the next business day to do the work. it was painless and took less time than originally anticipate. Erik Cuevas was also here to assist and was very respectful of the house rules and nice to our daughter.

Ozzie was the technician that came over to my house to install a new garbage disposal... guys, remember this name... this guy is amazing! Not only he is extremely knowledgeable of his stuff but also went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Ozzie encountered some unexpected problems with the unit we had purchased and also something with my old pipes, but he was quick to come up with the solutions and made sure that he wasn't leaving until the job was done. He made sure everything was even better than before. Great employee. Aside from the knowledge, Ozzie was extremely professional and caring. This company is lucky to have him. Thank you Ozzie, for you hard work that turned into a mini nightmare at first and you cleared it all up! Thank you!!!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink. Called the office, all the ladies who answered were nice, and friendly . Would call to give us update of technician. Our technician was Guillermo. He gave us the quote within seconds, did the job within couple of minutes. He was very fast, efficient and thorough of explaining the process. If ever needed again we will be reaching out again !

After my 3rd attempt on looking for a company to assist with a leak I found A1 and I was finally able to have a technician dispatched within 1 hour or less at no charge! A big thank you to Nancy as she made me feel and know I was in great hands. Despite my frustration she remained calmed and went above and beyond. Esteban Munez arrived on time, looked at the problem and explained into detail what needed to be done. After approving the contract he immediately began to work on the issue at such a reasonable price and finished in no time. If you are looking for a trustworthy company look no further! I eff'd up big time. In attempting to service my tankless water heater myself I damaged a part and left my family without water. Called A-1 on a Sunday night hoping they could fix it. Andrew came out and told me the bad news that the part wouldn't be available until the specialty plumbing stores opened the next morning.

The next morning he gave me more bad news that he couldn't find a store with the part and would have to order it. I actually found the part and paid three times what it was worth to have it next day delivered. Andrew came out early on Wednesday and fixed it in less than an hour.

I was expecting to pay a fortune since they are a 24/7 company, but the price was more than fair. Andrew acknowledged how hard it must've been to be without water for three days. BTW, he was awesome. He gave me his number and communicated with me the entire time.

Andrew and A1 are my new go to plumbers.

We needed our septic tank pumped and A-1 was able to come in the very next day. They're absolute professionals who do honest and quality work. After the septic tank was pumped they made sure to clean the area thoroughly. It's the small details and going above and beyond that truly shows a company cares to do quality work. Very impressed with the service they provided.
