Tankless water heater went out on a busy Monday morning - no water pressure, no hot water. Service line picked up immediately and was able to schedule Christian to come out day of. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Troubleshooting with a descaler unfortunately did not work but Christian assured us he could get a new water heater installed next day. Took the time to compare models, hot water needs of the house, pros/cons of water conditioner/filter, and pricing. Install went perfectly, work area was clean, and we are very happy.

Submitted request online for price quote. They said they would come out and give a free estimate. They were out that morning to give estimate. I had them do the requested work. Estaban was very nice and informative AND CLEAN. I know some plumbers are not so I found that important. They completed the work gave me some suggestions for work that might be needed in the future. I would 100% recommend A-1 Plumbing to anyone and will be using them when future needs arise.
