Dave Diaz from A1 came out to my house yesterday to take a look at what I thought would be an easy external clean-out for my upstairs master sink that has been slow to drain lately. That being said, the job became more complicated than expected. Long story short, we decided to wait on the project until Covid cases subside a bit down the road (we were trying to keep people from entering our house). Dave was extremely courteous, knowledgable, and didn't charge a thing even though he spent about an hour of his time at the house. I'll definitely be reaching back out to Dave and A1 for future plumbing needs!

I experienced my worst nightmare last month with sewer plumbing issues. This became a large job with a very high dollar amount attached to it. I was scared, unsure how to find the right company that would not rip me off, Unsure of the process and thought one more 2020 nightmare. However, After calling several plumbing companies I landed upon A1 total service plumbing. I am thankful that I did. My technician was David Diaz, a kind and thoughtful young man which meant the world of difference. My project ended up taking three days to complete however they took their time and did it right. I am recommending this company because I feel like the customer support, response time and ability to solve the problem was outstanding. I hope no one else has to go through a costly repair situation similar to what I did, however if you're needing professionals, David and A1 is the service I recommend.

I called A1 for a commercial property- needed a waterline installed from the 2nd floor out to the roof. David Diaz and his crew came out, got the job done! very neat, didn't leave anything behind. The crew was respectful of the employees. They sent pictures/ video of the job once it was completed and pricing was the best out of 5 estimates.

A-1 overcharges so watch yourself. They are quick to respond and leave things clean but very pricey. They charged $750 to repair a easy access pipe that took less than 30minutes. They will gouge you and make things appear more urgent than they really are to get you to approve repair. I would not use them again.

This review is long overdue. I live in an old house, and I had four major sewage backups within a year (this has been a continual issue but got worse over the last year). The latest backup occurred late on a Saturday night, and A1 was the only plumber who was willing to come out and didn't charge a ridiculous amount to do so. George, the lead plumber snaked my main, then found an additional clog none of the previous plumbers checked for. They also offered as part of the cost to run a camera to show my problem areas a few days later.

Well, that day came, and they found:

* clay pipe that had never been replaced
* fix deteriorating cast iron kitchen line that no one else had been able to access without having to tear apart my foundation (don't ask).

They fixed the kitchen line by descaling it and then running this sleeve through the damaged pipe, effectively turning it into a new pipe. And they replaced that pesky clay pipe with the proper ABS.

It wasn't cheap, but it was a fraction of what it would have been even a few years ago. Everybody on the team, particularly Marios Sr and Jr always kept me in the loop and were super helpful. This is the first time I've ever felt confident about my plumbing in the more than 20 years I have lived in my house!

So, I recommend them highly and am thankful that chance and desperation sent me their way. Special props to Alex for coordinating everything.
