A1 Total Service has been my plumbing choice for the last 10 years. Once again they went the extra mile to locate the parts that I needed for the job and then work with my schedule and that of my tenants to make it happen.

They have always been courteous and concise with professional invoices and estimates. Their prices are reasonable and They've never tried to take advantage or inflate the price.

From my technician Dave Diaz, the managing director Alex, Aubrey on the phones, all the way up to the owner Raymond, I recommend these folks because they take good and careful care without dropping the ball on large or small jobs.
And I, in my older years now appreciate a peace of mind they give me that the job is in good hands.

Had a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling from the 2nd floor on a Sunday. Called them up and they were here within 45 min. Took the time to diagnose the issue, going through several steps to determine the source of the leak (upstairs toilet drain) before finalizing an estimate. Did a good job of controlling the leak and coming back Monday morning to complete the repairs before lunch time.

We had a leak in the master bath sink and Jose from A-1 Plumbing came over the very same day and installed new faucets and fixed the leak! The price was incredibly reasonable. He stayed late to get the job done right and even followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the install. He was polite, efficient and very nice and on time. Jose came for the tankless water heater maintenance with mask on. He showed me how dirty the unit was and explained to me that the frequent error code 12 shown on the panel was due to too much debris clogged up the unit. He helped me clean up the unit and replaced the new cartridge for the filter. I really appreciate his professional work.

A hose in our bathroom broke, so we had to turn off our water main... on a 90 degree Saturday... during a pandemic... with a toddler. I called in, and the dispatcher was helpful and easy to communicate with. Within an hour, Jose was at our door.

He gave me a quick breakdown of what needed to be fixed and what it would cost, and then he got right to work. Everything was fixed within the next hour, and now my toilet is good as new.

I love how easy it all was. I had called around for any plumber in the neighborhood, but since it was a weekend, I ended up leaving a lot of voicemails. A-1 answered right away, let me know when Jose was near, and got the job done. Thank you!

I recently had a plumbing problem at my income property. The tenant reported that water was not going to the shower head. I called A-1 Plumbing Const., a company I have used before. They sent someone to check the situation out immediately. They advised that the part needed to repair the shower is no longer being made. This is a house that is 100 years old. They advised that I needed to replace the shower assembly. I OK'd the work without having to visit the site. I have been doing business with this company for several years. The tenant is pleased with the work, I am pleased with the company and will continue to use them. The workers are kind, courteous and professional.
