Bobbi W.He's a big ripoff. Sump pump went out and he charged me $465 to replace the sump pump with one exactly like it that I could have purchased for under $150. It took him less than 1/2 hour to replace the pump as well. I was in a bind, BUT will never recommend him to anyone. He waaayyy overcharged me. Too bad I didn't read his reviews before I called him.
Ali S.You should call 100 OTHER companies before you let these crooks come near your home. They take advantage of your hard earned money and rip you off. Oh yeah they don't finish the job until a week later and they hire somebody else to do the job for them for thousands less.

ron s.They didn't have the right equipment to do the job.They had one large machine and a grease machine .They couldn't get the big machine in like I'm the first that happened to.They make a medium root cutting machine that they should have had on the truck.They used the grease on mine which plugged back up with in the hour.I had to go to home depot and rent the smaller machine and it worked great.I was ripped off and demand a refund or further action I will take.W.O. 2188
Terry S.For a $165.00 bill, I was offered a $600.00 solution, and he moved the clog in my sink a foot or so. This made my bathroom sink [the original reason they were called was to fix a slow to empty sink] and tub both back up together. Roto Rooter solved both for me, but they ran an additional $269.00
