I called Dan last week because my parents were having an water leak around a toilet. I explained the matter was urgent because guests were arriving for the holidays. His response time and price was great! The person I called previously quoted me over twice as much for the ""short notice"".

My parents said Dan was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and was able to find and resolve the problem timely. They were very happy, which is high praise coming from my parents. Highly recommend A-1.

Called Dan to swap out my old water heater and (3) old toilets with new. His team came in and knocked out all of these within hours! Got new one piece toilets and a 50 gal water heater. My wife and I are really pleased with A-1. Dan's prices were fair, so there was no need to haggle.

The main water line on my dishwasher burst sending water spewing into my kitchen and living room at 5am in the morning. Elbert from A-1 Speedy Rooter came out shortly afterwards and was able to repair and assist me with getting my plumbing back in order for very reasonable fee. It was truly a nightmare situation, but he was patient and understanding during the entire process. He also referred an awesome repair and restoration company who will be helping me get my house back to it's original condition, dry and mold-free. Thanks A-1 Speedy Rooter.

Plumber was on time, courteous and seemed knowledgeable.Would have been at least 4 stars, if the original call had resolved the issue. After inspecting the drip in tank, said a fill valve would be replaced, and quoted the fee.
Asked if the rubber flapper or supply line would be changed he said no.
On completion, he said he changed the supply line anyway, and upped the original quote, saying it was recommended to change the supply line if the fill valve was being changed, (hence the reason for the earlier question to him).
After he left, called him as fill valve was refilling every few mins.

To his credit, he did reply in a timely manner.
He said the problem was likely with the rubber flapper, which on inspection he had noticed it being worn, (hence the reason for the earlier question above). So why not mention it while on site?
Since the visit was to fix a leaking toilet then shouldn't all of the leak be addressed at the same time, after all, the supply line was replaced after initially wasn't planning to?
We left it at that, since it was indicated there'd be a separate service charge to return to add the flapper.

Rooted main sewer pipe, next day the tenant reported no flow. Called them the following day. 30 day guarantee apparently does not apply due to root intrusion. Either the roots grew back overnight or they did a piss poor job and didn't care enough to correct.

These guys are amazing. The mainline and her house went out. And we started calling around and everyone wanted our first born as payment. This company came immediately and give us the most reasonable price. They completed the work and did a fantastic job.

Called Dan last week for 3 removal and new toilet installations. The toilets were the WR (Water Ridge Costco Private Label) one piece dual flush toilets.

His rates for toilet installations are standard with all professional, licensed plumbers. He spent a good amount of time with me discussing the installation since I was thinking about doing it myself. I was upfront about what I was willing to pay to make it economical for me to hire someone to do it.

Needless to say, I hired him to do one of the three, and glad I did. Bernie came out to do the second floor master bedroom installation and removal. Totally cool guy. Professional, courteous, and honest when dealing with me. He's been working with Dan for a long time. He used some extra part I needed for the new toilet which he didn't charge extra for me, even though I offered to pay for them.

I'm really glad I found these guys on my Google search. Yes, that's where I found them first. And then here on Yelp. Bernie's workmanship was spot on. No leaks, no problems. He also helped me carry down the old Toilet.

I'd recommend them, and think you'd be very happy and need not look anywhere else.
