Called them to fix a mis-plumbed solar water heater. Wouldn't have DARED to call back the original installer. Dan did a quick and thorough repair for a very reasonable cost, even though the specifics were complicated. I'm impressed.

Cannot recommend. Poor and terrible service. Was given a verbal bid on a multi repair job. Had to repair one of the fixes after the fact. Found out later something else that was to be fixed was never done. Plumber disappeared for weeks with no contact so job took several months instead of a couple weeks. Had to remind plumber of what he had agreed to do during job. Was told we had to replace an entire valve because Grovers didn't have part. We checked later and they did have part so we were grossly overcharged for that one service. Ask to take a quick look at a faucet while on job that took a couple minutes. Was charge for an additional hour. When work was allegedly completed was given a bill full of overcharges that were agreed upon in the original verbal bid. The entire experience was very frustrating and disgusting.
