I am writing this review for a friend.... They wanted to say they were very satisfied with main drain clearing service they received from A1 Sewer. He was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, performed quality work to get difficult main drain unclogged and went above and beyond original scope, His price was in the middle of the 3 bids I'd received.

We recently had a plumbing disaster in our home. A-1 Sewer Pros was recommended to us. Greg came and inspected our pipes for the house. He used his camera equipment so we could see the inside of our pipes and provided a copy of the footage in a USB drive for our records. He confirmed we had no other issues to be worried about and hooked us up with a bottle of Bio Line Drain Maintainer to keep the pipes clean and clear. I asked for other preventative services but he was honest to let me know my pipes were almost as good as new and the additional service would not be needed at this time and that all I really needed was the maintenance cleaner. Greg was very friendly, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in future services.

Greg is a wonderful person who is dedicated to his business and his customers. This was the second time I have had him come out for a mainline sewer blockage. This time required extra work in adding a filler access to the main sewage line. Greg accompanied me to Home Depot to get the parts, and then went back to help me install the parts. It ended up getting quite messy, and Greg did not leave until the site was clean. The first time Greg came out he also helped clean out the master bathroom which had some flood damage. This is above-and-beyond service that I would not ordinarily expect.
Bottom line - A-1 and Greg are my go-to plumbers from here on out! I can't recommend them enough.

I usually done leave reviews. Just mostly read them and choose the company based on what other people write. This time I feel Compelled to leave a review based on my experience with Greg from A-1 sewer Pros. I own a rental unit, my tenants were complaining that they had no hot water. I got Greg's number from a friend of mine. I called him up to set an appointment for him to check out the water heater. He came by and inspected the water heater and determined the setting was set wrong and changed the setting. He also inspected the water heater and gave some advice on how to maintain it. After he was done, he didn't even charge me. It's nice to know there are still honest people in this world. He definitely has gain a customer in me, and I will refer everyone I know to call him when they need a plumber.
