Wow ! Amazed by the service of Greg. My water softener had a major leak and I had to turn off the main water line. From the companies that are even open on Sundays, I called multiple companies and only two got back to me and said they could come the following day. Greg was the only one that was willing to come the same day. Greg was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He got straight to work, replaced the bad part and had the water back on in an hour. I highly recommend Greg and A-1 Sewer Pros. I will definitely be calling Greg and A-1 for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Greg!!!

This is a late post, however I have to say that this company is awesome! In December 2021, I was having problems with my mainline as it had backed up into both bathrooms in the house, as it had on several occasions before and this recent time I figured it was time to find out what was causing the stoppage. Greg was quick to dig a big hole to get to that mainline pipe and quickly replaced a severely damaged pipe due to massive roots that penetrated it. No only did he quickly repair it, he did it right before the Christmas holiday. I will most definitely be keeping A-1 sewer pros on file for future use.

Wow! I am so impressed what with so many people taking advantage of us...Greg came out today and was able to recommend someone immediately whose specialty was my ""very strange"" plumbing situation...he was friendly, instructional, professional and refused pay for his visit!!! No charge!!!

I have to say that they are AMAZING. I thought I was pretty cautious with making sure my one year old didn't throw stuff in the toilet yet she did. Greg came and my daughter had thrown a scent wall plug in, in the toilet ?? he took it out and all I could do is laugh. He was so great and got any further problems I would absolutely use him. A-1 sewer Pros did an amazing job at fixing our issue with our bathroom sink. First off they were very prompt which is always a plus! Greg is the best, great knowledge of what hes doing and explains things in detail to you. Our bathroom sink had been clogged for a bit of time from some remodeling that was recently done in the bathroom and no one else we called out could locate the issue, even the guys who did the original remodeling/plumbing work, everyone wanted to right away break into the walls but Greg came in and took his time. What we were told was gonna be a huge repair turned out to be a quick fix which only required Greg just to dig a little deeper so to speak into the drain with the snake. Finally our sink is clear!! Thank you Greg for your help!!!
