Was charged $1,200 for travel time for 2 guys to change a $57 check valve. If they were up front and let me know about the travel, I wouldn't have used them. Excessive and unreasonable. Will never use them again

I recently had to have a sewer pipe replaced by a deadline due to sale of home and closing. A-1 came through and did an excellent job. Thank you Jaimie and Company!

I was quoted $900, but was charged $1,100 for an inspection that they did not complete. They scheduled a date to complete, I called every day for 3 days asking for a time. Never got a return call. On the scheduled day, they kept saying it would be later and then cancelled. Overcharged, undependable, unfinished work.

Charged us $500+ to unclog our sewage pipe but didn't actually unclog it and the pipe backed up again a week later. Called them to come out to fix it again and they wanted to charge us $500 again. When we said that we shouldn't be charged because they didn't do the job the first time, they didn't call us back and wouldn't come out to fix it. Had to have another company come out a few days later and was charged another $600, but this time he at least fixed it. NEVER AGAIN will we call these guys. Absolute crooks.

The worst. Don't ever beleive an estimated time frame from these folks. We were told on a Monday either Tues or Wednesday. No show, called Thursday said someone would be out. That did not happen. Not even a courtesy call back to inform us they were not going to be able go honor the quoted day.Updated status... 9 days later still no call, no show. If you ever want to use your bathroom again, call someone else. Oh, and don't bother telling the dispatcher that you are displeased to be left hanging, she will just hang up on you.
