Charles C.Good service and quick response. In this day and age with contractors literally ignoring calls, it was good dealing with A-1.
Nicholas M.Their representative showed up to find our holding tank. He didn't use any metal doctor or other instruments. We ended up using another company to pump the tank because A1 wanted to charge us more to dig the hole to find the tank on top of the fee to find the tank. The other company charged a third of what A1 charged and found the tank and dug out the hole to the tank. A1's representative wasn't even close where the new company found the tank. We paid A1 for nothing and they would not refund our money. Very rude over the telephone. Would never recommend this company to anyone!
