So They have been to our house twice to Fix a sink Faucet. The first time we paid the 85.00 service fee and we were told they would have to order the faucet. Never heard a word from them. I went to Lowes and purchased a new Faucet. Almost two weeks later he comes back out and opens the completely sealed new faucet box and says we have a problem. There is a very basic part missing. A simple connector. He can't finish the Job. He sat in his van in front of my house for 20 minutes after telling me I had to take it back too Loews and get another one. I could have gone to Lowes and got another one while he sat there. I had the new one that day. 40 minutes after he left. I called the Office and was told I would have to wait exactly another 7 days. These people are pathetic. Horrible service. If you want dishonest and horrible service, use these People at A1 Services of Dallas. The manager at Lowes asked me Is he licensed? The manager said this is a very basic part that any normal plumber would have on his truck. Avoid these people and this pathetic company.

CHW release A-1 services for my house to clear the drain stoppage. The guy don't know what they doing. The service not completed. I paid $65 service fee for that visit but my toilet not clear. They not professional, which makes me believe this company doesn't know what it's doing. You should try some one else

Most unprofessional plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

These guys don't seem to know what they're doing, and do not stand by their work. My shower had quit working, and the person I called said I needed a new valve and that he would order it. I paid a service fee for that visit. Then when he came with the new part, he realized the wrong part had been ordered. So he opened up my handle and used something like a screw driver or butter knife to wipe away some debris, and said it was fixed. I paid for that visit. Then when it stopped working about 5 weeks later (after only a couple uses, since this was a guest bathroom), he wouldn't acknowledge that his prior "fix" wasn't complete, and said he couldn't give any sort of credit back. He ordered a part and installed it. It worked for about 4 more months (again, with limited use), and then stopped working again. A-1 basically said "tough luck" on the phone, and wouldn't acknowledge that the issue had never been truly fixed. After being out about $400, I'm back to square one. Another plumber told me that fixing the valve wouldn't have solved it, but the person with A-1 who had worked on the issue had said he was their chief plumber, which makes me believe that this company doesn't know what it's doing. You should try someone else.

Choice home warranty released a work order for my house which this company picked up on Monday. When I called to set up appointment they couldn't come out for 3 days for a water leak. I called on a Monday and they told me someone will be here Wednesday between 9-12. No one showed up and when I called them no one picks up. 9726200815. Do not use this company.
