Terrible charged seniors 800.00 for labor and 500.00 to install a small water heater?? Horrible never again. What do think about the value?

Had a problem with the thermostat for my geothermal heating. Very prompt response to my call. Serviceman spent considerable time, testing to diagnose the problem - which was the compressor. He then recommended another company which specializes in geothermal heating and did not charge anything for the call. I think that is exceptional service.

Water heater issues. Was there within a half hour and fixed my water heater quickly. I am very pleased with the service and professional work ethic. I would highly recommend!

We found our main water line had broke during the night and had to shut off all water to the house. A-1 Services we're able to fix the problem by end of the day. They were very responsive to our call.

We have used him years ago and were happy so tried him recently. We were disappointed to say the least. We wanted a bathroom vanity top and sink installed and a kitchen faucet swapped out. They came out on a Thursday of Friday we thought to do that, but just looked at things and changed the shutoffs under the sink. They schedule Tuesday to do the work. Come Tuesday, they were too busy so I just cancelled and asked for a bill for work to date. It was $180 which is far higher than I expected for the work accomplished that day. It took him maybe 10 minutes to swap out the under sink shutoff valves. Will not use them again.

Garbage service, garbage plumber. Rude and unprofessional. Paid him to turn a few faucets on and off and then leave telling me he didnt know what the problem was. My husband already submitted a former complaint, but just as a warning, dont hire them! There are better options.

The only reason I called A-1 was because I am a crossing guard at a local elementary school and I stand in the sun several hours a day and watch cars zoom by. The A-1 van goes by several times a week and is always going the speed limit - this is unusual and I was able to get the number off the van. I have had 4 different air conditioner repairmen at my home telling me things like the vents are not open enough or the filter is dirty. After still having a hot house, I finally called A-1. He agreed to meet me at an exact time because of my unusual schedule and quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor. I have had no more problems with the AC. A good company with integrity is hard to find.

i called A 1 and told them i had a leak under my drive way. they sent a guy out that looked at the driveway shrugged his shoulders and said well i cant help you. so why did they send someone out and not just tell me on the phone they dont do that kind of stuff.

Purchased a unit through Costco. Superior water & air Conditioning came to give me a bid. The pressure was on to sign up on salesmen's first visit. The product options were not mentioned during the sales presentation. But, if we didn't act right that instant, we may have to pay more. We had the paper work signed, a 1 ton unit was placed on the roof, along with a wall unit in the room. We had to have them return and fix the steel bracket which holds the unit, as well as the drip line. The salesperson had measured incorrectly, and the bracket was the wrong size. He had his installer use wood to fix this problem. Then after I complained, a make shift bracket was attached to the wrong sized main steel stand on roof.
Little or no personal follow up, even when I requested he call me (as I thought I needed a 2 ton unit to cool & heat my room). Never heard back. Would not recommend this Company. Installer was nice young man, the salesmen was inept at his job, that is, to serve the buyer; not just make the sale. Spent $ 5,000.
