They quoted a very high price so I checked other sources and found A-1 Septic had a very reasonable price. Also my son-in-law had used them to replace his entire septic system and was very satisfied. The technician was very knowledgeable and had decades of experienced. I watched him install the pump, he taught me a lot about how the system works. I am convinced that he did a top notch job! The only negative was in the miscommunication of scheduling the service, it took an extra day but the savings alone made it well worth the wait, the service itself was outstanding.
Tracy B.Almost 2 years ago we set up an appointment window from 8a.m. to 12 noon, 4 hours, during which time they did not show up. They did not call to say they were running late. I called them to see when they were coming but they didn't answer my call, I had to leave a message. They finally called me the next day. They showed up for the morning appointment window after 1:30 in the afternoon and no one was home. They could not complete the service but they continue to send us bills for the missed appointment. An appointment that they missed! This is a horrible business with unethical business practices.
