This is the worst company you could ever hire for your Title 5 needs. They crookedly tried to get me to buy a whole new system. I had my system rechecked and it passed with flying colors! They even missed the fact that I had two septic tanks!!! Their report said only one existed! No overflow tank!!! REALLY??? Steer clear folks!!!

For emergency services Windriver is good. - 4 - 5 stars. But that is totally spoiled by their ROUTINE MAINTENANCE services and their PHONE services, both of which I would RATE 1 STAR. When the emergency tech came out, he indicated that our annual pumping person should have been performing other checks which he was not. These checks might have kept us from being in an emergency situation in the first place! I have been waiting for two days now for a promised tech to come and perform maintenance to keep us out of trouble going forward, Still a no show! Three calls to the company and every time they put you on hold a long time, then apologize and say that they can't get a hold of the person but that they will definitely be there today and they will call back as soon as they know the time. THEY DO NOT CALL BACK. THEY DO NOT SHOW UP. And I sit with a big whole in my yard with an impending snowstorm. Moreover, I find in one of my calls that they cannot even do the whole service today, which they could have told us initially. They will have to still come back another time. And want you to prepay!! So for all of this, they said they would give me 2% BACK FOR MY TROUBLE. REALLY?!? CUSTOMER AND ROUTINE SERVICE AWFUL. I will be looking for another operation in the future.
