Office person at A-1 (Tobi) made the appointment and the truck showed up as scheduled. Pump out was fast and the price was right.

A-1 originally said they couldn't get to us for a while but once we explained it was an emergency, they were here the next day. Brad showed up and explained what was going on, walked us through the process and explained about cleaning the filter regularly. He was fast and efficient. He took great care with our system. Even though this company is working overtime to service the valley, with limited personnel, they are doing it in a very professional manner with kindness and smiles on their faces.
