We had water coming up the basement floor drain for a couple weeks, it would happen each time we ran the washer. It wasn't so bad when it started but the past few days it got so bad it could no longer be put off. Called up today and had our clog cleared up in no time. Todd showed up in less than 15 minutes, discovered grease buildup was the reason, snaked out the clean out and now the pipes are good and clear. Price was fair and his service was excellent. I had an emergency with a clogged pipe. I called A1 and they came to service it in Avery short period of time. Johnny did a great job cleaning the pipe and locating our septic tank. Beside the great service, he did everything for a very reasonable price.

My basement had been flooding a little bit the past few days and we didn't know the cause. I called a local plumber and he said it may be due to the sewer line and recommended A-1 Quality Rooter. They were so nice on the phone and got someone there in the same day. Joe came to my house snaked the trap and efficiently unclogged the line to my house. Every once in a great while the chance comes forth to interact with PROFESSIONAL service techs. John Jr. & Joe are the avatar of this Professional service captioned: Rooter.

Polite, courteous, sincere [no hidden crap(no pun intended)in the estimate over the phone], efficient, and both were very personable. John Jr. even gave me a written guarantee at job's completion.

The price to rooter out the main line was very, very reasonable. A-1 Quality Rooter leaves Roto-Rooter in the latrine(again, no pun intended)when it comes to service/work fees.

When John Jr & Joe showed up on time and wiped their feet before crossing the threshold was almost jaw dropping for today's era of vain rudeness(the customer is always wrong and nothing but a bother)and insincerity. And the fact they left the area, which was worked in, cleaner than before the backup occurred speaks volumes of exceptionalism. Also, when they had to transport their heavy equipment through the house down into the basement they were very mindful of their surroundings. Careful and paid close attention to detail and their task at hand.
