A-1 Pump & Water Conditioning

My water stopped!
I had used A-1 before, and he worked a miracle then.
Two others that had come to work on the solution didn't have a clue. Brian fixed the switch in 5 minutes.
This time, he and Perry had to replace the well pump.
They were prompt, on time and quickly discovered the problem.
They are professional, friendly, and know what they're doing.

After four supposedly well expert companies came and charged me service charges without fixing the main issue, I was about to give up and fix the check valve myself. Someone in the neighborhood referred A-1. I decided to give it the last try and they didn't disappoint me. They pulled 350 feet pipe out of the well and replaced the check valve but only charging me about the same as other companies charged me for service call.

My water pump breaker was tripping for no obvious reason, so I began calling plumbers (we had no water at all at this point). Fortunately no one was able to come out quickly enough, because otherwise we would not have found A1 (referred by another local business who insisted we'd be very happy with them, and they were right).

They arrived within 45 minutes of my call, and located the short deep in the well. They also noticed the pump cycle when it was turned back on, and decided to check our holding tank as well. Turns out a failure in the tank was causing the pump to keep cycling, which is what jogged the wires to begin with (and eventually would have burned our pump out). They fixed the short and replaced the tank on the spot for an unexpectedly reasonable price (anything involving ""emergency"" + ""replace"" is usually cringe-worthy). In addition to saving the day on short notice, Kevin was a fun and friendly guy to chat with. We will definitely be calling A1 for all of our future service.
