I can't rate their proficiency as plumbers but I will not consider them for any plumbing work I need based solely on the serious lack of professionalism displayed while driving a company branded van on our local roads.
Management may want to consider training their staff that poor driving and road rage are not good for business.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've had two plumbing emergencies within the past couple of months, so I felt compelled to write.
On a Sunday morning while my husband was out of town, I went to turn on the shower and the handle came off in my hand. I called my Home Warranty company and they said they could not get someone to my house until the following day, even though the water was running (since it broke inside the wall, I was not able to turn it off.) I called A-1 and they had a plumber at my house within the hour. He was so nice and helpful and even left instructions for my husband so he could replace the other shower handle when he got home.
Yesterday... (another Sunday, husband gone again) I went into my garage and found a flood from the water heater. Called my Home Warranty and then sent out a Plumber... 5 hours later. My Home Warranty was willing to pay for the replacement of the water heater but the Plumber they sent tried to up charge me another $500 for what he said were code violations. I did not feel like he was being honest, so I called the Home Warranty Co. and asked if they would cash me out and I would hire my own Plumber. They agreed.
I called A-1 Prestige at 8:30 this morning, and by 9:40 am, they were in my garage. They turned off the water (previous guy just left it on), and started the removal of water heater and set up fans to start drying the shelf. The Plumber got right on the phone and had a unit delivered within the hour.
These guys are top notch and honest!

Total Ripoff charged 520 to investigate leak. Tore out a little drywall and covered it with plastic. Then charged over 200 to fix leak which took 20 min. They love teaming up with HOAs to ripoff consumers!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from A-1 Prestige Plumbing. On Wednesday morning at 8:30, I called to ask if a plumber could come to fix a problem I was having in the master bathroom. Linda told me she could schedule a service call that day, between 1:30 & 3:00 and that she would call when the plumber would be enroute. At 1:00 pm, Linda called and at 1:30, Juan arrived at my home.
Juan was the best! He listened to my description of the problems and went straight to work on solving them. Before he did anything, however, he explained the options I had and gave me an estimate of the costs. It was clear that Juan was an experienced and highly skilled plumber. He was also friendly, considerate and courteous. I highly recommend A-1 Prestige Plumbing and will certainly call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I bought a fixer upper and have had a lot of trades working on my home. When i needed plumbing work A-1 was recommended to me by a neighbor. Great local business, quick service times, reasonable rates, and quality service. Juan was the tech the came to my house, he was very personable and offered several solutions to remedy my problem. Would not hesitate to call A-1 for future projects and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a reliable plumber.

Juan replaced water pipe, pressure regulator, junction to irrigation, hose bib, and 2 ball valves all in just a few hours. The work looks great, unlike the mess of ancient pipes that was there before. He was courteous and efficient, gave me an estimate right at the start and stuck to it.

I have been using A-1 plumbing for many years now and have nothing but good to say about the staff and the service they provide. Trustworthiness is something you can't skimp on and JT and his crew are completely trustworthy. I have used them at my personal home as well as our rental unit. Our tenants have given rave reviews also. Thumbs up! Don't even bother going somewhere else. You get what you pay for.
