The Service Technician Luke was OUTSTANDING. Diagnosed and solved two problems (one toilet and one tub), checked out the other showers and toilets for similar issues, and replaced a tube that he felt could cause a problem in the future. All done efficiently but without rushing, very courteous and professional. This is the plumbing service to use!

we have used several plumbers over the past year for a drain clogging situation. We just didn't seem to get a confident answer as to why the drain kept backing up. We called A1 and this gentleman named Junior came and did a wonderful job in diagnosing the problem and offering us the solution. Part of what he did, which was so incredible is that he had a camera system, which allowed him to view the interior of the pipe. That was what made the service so outstanding! We saw the problem, and we understood why the solution would work. He was very professional, and easy to talk to. Just what we want in a professional to work at our house.

I had a great experience with A-1 Prestige Plumbing.

Little did I know that my water heater was leaking and waaaay past the date to replace. The guys at A-1 came by the day after and was able to replace the water heater within that same visit! The work was done efficiently and they took all the trash with them as well. Somehow, the water that leaked onto the floor was also dried up - I'm not sure if this was a result of the guys helping me with that too but I wouldn't put it past them!

The thing that really made me love this company is that a couple weeks later, I received a package in the mail with a handwritten thank you card for using their services along with a pen and fidget spinner! Talk about going above and beyond. I will definitely have them saved in my phone in case any thing else happens!

Been using A1 for almost 20 years. They are always trusted and reliable. This time one of our ancient mixed set values stopped working. Junior was very helpful informing me of my options. He was ready on the spot to completely replace it, he had to cut through the tile and replaced it. He did a fantastic job, and very professionally.

Luke came out within 20 minutes of the appropriate time. Lots of corrosion going on on that handle. Probably original 1989 equipment LOL. He replaced the plunger inside the valve which was all crudded up and installed a new faucet handle.

I can't believe how much easier it is to turn on. Scared the hell out of my cats who wanted just a drip LOL.

We've called them consistently in the past and will continue to do so.

Had water knocking issues in the pipes. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I researched several plumbbers and settled on A-1 Prestige Plumbing based on the explanations of common problems in their website. I sent my contact info via their website and same day they notified me of a cost of inspection. I went a head and scheduled at the next available convenient time for me. They called me wihtin the appointment window and the guy came within the allotted time. I showed him the problem areas I was experiencing and he knew almost immediately what the problem was. He gave me the differing quotes that I requested and it seemed reasonablly priced to me so I gave him the go-ahead to begin the work. He had the necessary parts on hand and he was able to complete the work within an hour of arrival. His craftmanship was good and he seemed very precise and careful with his work. He cleaned up after himself very well and it seemed as if he wasn't even there although the problem was fixed. Would definitely contact A-1 Prestige again for any plumbing issues that we may have in the future.
