Do NOT use A-1 Plumbing in Victoria, TX. They are ridiculous! After FINALLY getting them to schedule an appointment to install a new hot water heater, they called this morning on their way. I missed the call and called back 10 minutes later, but they had already moved on to the next job. The owner, Raul, hung up on me multiple times while I tried to talk to him about it. They finally came back this evening, made a HUGE mess that they didn't clean up, left our back door WIDE open, didn't replace the drain pan like I asked them to do, and left the old hot water heater laying in our backyard. What a joke!
