Aaron took $1308.00 to replace a hot water heater at a rental property, only to find out it needed an ignitor to start the flame. He never got back to me for the refund for the difference in the cost of the heater versus parts, after many phone calls and him not answering. I see he has relocated from N. Dixie Dr. to Fairborn. Beware of his asking for cash upfront.

I hired Aaron to replace waterlines in my mobile home.. he took my money and only did half the work. I took him to court and he now owes me $1,600 + court cost.. of course he didn't show up!

We hired Aaron to install a farmhouse sink in our kitchen. Before hiring him for the job, I specifically questioned him if he had experience in doing this job and he said ""oh yes, not a problem""! He quoted us a price of $225. Well many hours later, he presented me with the bill for $575. Now if the job had been done correctly, I probably wouldn't have been as upset with Aaron since he was here for several hours. Before he left, he stated that if we wanted the sink lowered a few inches (before we get new granite countertops installed in the next few days) to call him and he would be glad to come back and take care of it! I called him 2 days later and let him know that the man had come and measured for the countertops and shook his head when he saw how the sink was installed and told us it was installed incorrectly and would have to be redone before they would return to install the granite. Well 4 days later, Aaron is still missing in action. My husband who is in his late 60's and has had open heart surgery has been under the kitchen sink most of the day trying to undo what Aaron had done and install the sink like it should have been done in the first place! Aaron talks a good game, but he is neither reliable nor dependable! He also charged me $40 in sales tax which he was not suppose to do! Don't make the mistake that I did and call A1 plumbing. Check out the reviews first then make an informed decision!

I hired Aaron Hatton of A-1 Plumbing Solutions in Fairborn to change out some water valves for me. Three of the four were fine, no issue. He struggled with the toilet valve, and after two trips to the hardware store and a whole lot of cussing and throwing a fit because the job was difficult, he finally forced a fitting on and called it good. An hour after he left there is water all over my bathroom. I called him and he told me to shut my water off, and he'd be back the next day to fix it. My scheduled time with him the next days rolls around, and he hasn't shown so I called him. He's tied up at another job and tells me he will be here in two hours. Okay, two and a half hours later, still a no show. I call, and he ignores my call. I call again and this dude cussed me out and hangs up on me! I paid this man, and he has now caused damage to my home and cost me far more to repair the leak that I didn't have before he touched it. I am more than 24hrs without running water, out over a $1,000, and I am livid. Do not hire A-1 Plumbing Solutions!

Aaron (A-1 Plumbing Solutions) and his son replaced bathtub and kitchen sink fixtures. Later when shower being used-faucets had to be turned several times before water turned on and faucets very loose. Pipe replaced in closet wall leaks when shower in use. Handle on kitchen faucet dropped of few days later. Notified Aaron-said he would return and corretc problem. Did not return...called again..son Zack stated his mom was ill and his Dad was taking care of her and would come back in a few days..never showed ..then stated his Dad was sick..never showed...I've called..texted ..left voice mails...no response. This has been going on since March 2021.I need a reliable plumber that will back up their work . I'm afraid to trust anyone since I responded to HomeAdvisots.com. I assumed the plumbers would be vetted.

Aaron showed up for a simple slow drain, after 20 minutes working on it said he was done. I paid him an he gave me the receipt and said there was a 30 warranty on services. An hour later my daughter is in the shower and I hear water running in the basement. I go down and the drains clogged and now I have a NEW huge leak. I called Aaron and he said he would be by first thing in the AM and he FORGOT to tell me I needed a new cap for the drain, so he knew it was going to leak! He never showed up in the AM, so at 12:30 I tried calling and no answer, I called till 3:30 and at 4pm he finally called back and said he would be here in an hour. 3hours later he showed up for 20 minutes and says it's fix. Mind you he never came up stairs to run any water to make sure the drain was clean. So I told him to wait and let me run the water. They continued to load the van as water starts backing up and pouring out around the drain plug that's loose. I told him no it's not fixed and he said he was going to get a new cap and a longer snake and he would be right back. He never showed back up and wouldn't answer my calls the next day. He text me around 4pm and said he's done all he can do, I have a break in my line. I ask for a refund because he never returned to fix what he broke. He said Good luck getting it from him.

I had to call Drain Tech, and they came and fixed what he broke and cleared my lines, so there was no break in my line, Aaron is just unqualified to do Plumbing and he also is not bonded or have any kind of insurance.
