Had a sewer back up. Called A1 plumbing. First thing he said was he is not going on the roof. He tried to snake the drain. The whole time he was screaming profanities so loud it brought out my neighbors. He said it was too much work for nothing. He did not recap sewer line and now sewage is all over back yard. He then washed his hands in my kitchen sink that had some clean dishes . Would NEVER use him again.After he left , my husband had to go around and pick up his mess , outside on the sidewalk and in the back yard. THE VERY WORST PLUMBER THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH...!!!!!!!

We called a different company Damon's plumbing , they had the problem fixed with in 30 minutes. Highly recommended company by me. That's Damon's plumbing. Look them up when you're having a crappie day

Another good experience with Todd. Had him come out to snake my kitchen sink and finished the job promptly at a great price. Charged $120 when a competitor wanted over $200. Also tightened my toilet lever at no cost. Also he is a very nice guy. In closing a great price with good customer service makes me a very happy repeat customer.

Todd did a great job with replacing our 3 sinks, 4 faucets, toilet and water pressure regulator. We were very pleased with his work and the cost was very reasonable. Our house fell out of escrow due to an inspector who came up with a list of plumbing issues that scared the buyer. I called Todd to come out and give me an estimate for the repairs as we had another buyer and I wanted to complete the work before the next inspection. Todd checked the items in our house that the inspector stated need repair or replacement and stated that the inspector was full of baloney. There were one or two minor issues to be fixed, not the long list that the inspector came up with. He gave me an invoice to back up his findings and stated I could use it for the next inspection. Incredibly, he did not charge me anything for coming to check out the problems. One company I called wanted 150.00 just to come out for an estimate. I am amazed to find people like Todd - honest and kind. Thank you for saving me from a major headache.

Today we experienced a clog in our tub and happened to call A1 plumbing since they are near. He comes out and complains that is too much work and in the end he came out for nothing. We then had to call roter rooter and they completed the job with no complaints. Next time if your going to be on call A1 plumbing make sure you don't flake out on the job. Very frustrated customer.

This guy was great. He came out and took the time to try and figure out my old house problems. Seems it was not put together correctly for today's standards. Irregardless, he was able to get my toilet going again and showed me the problem all in an extremely helpful patient way. Then he was off to another call. I was very happy with his service.

Mishap on Valentine's Day in the middle of dinner prep -- kitchen sink and laundry backed up. Did a quick search on yelp, found A-1. Todd was here within 30 min of calling, snaked the clear out (we live in an older house, it was all the junk down the garbage disposal built up over years) and went on his way. He was quick, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone!

Wow. Todd C. Mummert-- this was the first time we had the pleasure of doing business with this plumber. We had a main sewer line that clogged and backed up on Christmas day, of all things! We previously had another plumber come out that tried to unclog it by snaking it from the back cleanout to no avail. We were calling around to try to get someone to come out and do a two way cleanout install just outside the front of the house so we could get at the problem more effectively. Todd ended up giving us a quote for the most reasonable price among all the competitors, quickly and professionally did the install and helped clear the clog as best he could (its a larger problem and the city may have to get involved to finally resolve it), and gave us advice on next steps to take. He honored the exact original price he quoted us over the phone, despite coming out on a Saturday when we had contacted him on a Friday and some other plumbers refused to even come out and give a quote til Monday. Todd is a no-nonsense guy who will come in and get the job done. Highly recommended! Thank you Todd.
