After being quoted an unreasonable amount for labor only through 1-800-Anytyme, I called Todd to replace a seat on a valve- under the impression it was the A-1 plumbing through my HOA. I was pleasantly surprised- Todd is very honest and stopped the leak on the faucet at a reasonable price. He also noticed a bare area on the bathtub that could turn rusted, he told me what to use and how to cover it to prevent rust, even offered to bring me some epoxy. I will call him anytime.

Todd really saved our Christmas this year. He's done some work at the house before, and when our tub and shower flanges decided to pack it in for the holidays, Todd was able to come out and fix the leak straight away. He's honest about the problems and pricing, and the work is quality. We've had some pretty shoddy work done on the house before at twice the cost, and if it weren't for Todd, I'd be sulking and bathing in a basin right now.

He's absolutely the go-to guy for plumbing in San Diego.

Our main water line to the house was broken. After calling the City of SD to come shut off the water main fully, and having them tell me they ""can't fix anything past the meter"", my husband, bless him, tried to fix the pipes himself. Unfortunately his fix didn't work, but thank goodness for Todd! We used him 2 years ago for a major sewer fix in our canyon and he did a fantastic job. It's 4:30pm and getting dark, and of course Todd said he'd be right over. What a lifesaver! Todd really knows what he's doing and came totally prepared. 30 minutes later we're fixed and ready to go.

Todd is fantastic. Arranged to come over as soon as I called with a main sewage line block. When I decided I wanted to put in a main cleanout (which takes quite a bit longer), he stayed until the job got done! Excellent and affordable service - highly recommended!

The sewer was backing up and we needed cleaning. In order to find out really what was going in the 50 + year old drain pipes. Todd suggested the camera to cruise thru and take a look. The camera found the clog and the best way was insert a clean out in the front of the house. The hole was dug and we found a very old brittle cast iron pipe. The pipe was breaking about, however he was able to attach the pvc pipe clean-out and unclog the drain. We will need to change out the iron pipe in the near future. Thanks Todd, well done.

Scheduled two appoitments. They did not show up at all. Very unreliable and do not recommend to anyone. Call someone else and do not waste your time with this company.

Our regular plumber was out of town so I looked on Yelp and was impressed with his reviews. Gave him a call late last night and he promised to be here at 11 and he was. Had to have our sewers unclogged - took him about half an hour - everything is working perfectly and he gave us the Yelp discount. Keeping his name and number! I'd refer him with no problem!

Awesome job and did the job at low cost! Another company wanted 10 times as much to do the job that A-1 did. I'm not even exaggerating! Todd did not ""find"" problems and even when I asked him about a ""problem"" that the other company claimed was a problem, Todd told me that it was not a problem and did not try to up-sell me to make a profit. I am glad that I called Todd and had him perform this job. Thank you Todd!!! Will use again!!!
