I called this service about putting plumbing in a rebuild. They were very negative over the phone. Nevertheless I made an appt. they never showed up.

I went in personally to their office and asked for a plumber to come check on my water heater. The older lady finally looked up at me and asked my name and all information she wrote information in a book and then finally looked up at me and told me it would be better if I would contact another plumber. I said excuse me, she said yes we won't have time to send anyone, you should can called last week when we were near your home. Seriously! So I had a friend with a different last name call and he was able to schedule an appointment. Seriously....

I called about getting a garbage disposal installed and was told it would be $100 for the first hour. That already seemed steep but I did it anyways. I had my eye on the clock because I did not want to have to pay for more than an hour of service and was pleased the guy was here for about 50 minutes. I was charged $150 for the hour and have called multiple times to try and get it corrected but they try to fight me on it every time. The guy tried to tell me they have to include drive time...we live less than 2 miles. Rediculous. Oh and my garbage disposal isn't even working!

My home builder hired these guys to reroute a couple of lines under my house and move 35 feet of 4" septic line to avoid some new piers that were being poured. Imagine my shock when I got the bill (after the work was completed) for $1515.00!! I called the owner, Henry Patterson, and told him that the bill was ridiculous, but he stuck to his guns and said that they charge $20/ft for installing 4" pipe (not including materials!!). That's $700 on labor alone, and they charged me an extra $196 for the 4" pipe itself! I know guys who dig water wells for $16/foot, and that includes the cost of the 5" concrete pipe!

Bottom line: I will never use these guys again. They are highway robbers!
