We had A-1 replace a yard hydrant that was leaking badly. The installers were fast and efficient and the office staff friendly. The reason I am giving three stars is because the poor quality of the hydrant they installed. There is no pressure regulation so the hydrant is either off or on full blast. The old hydrant had excellent pressure regulation. When I called to ask if there was some way to get pressure regulation I was told that I would have to buy an additional piece of equipment to control the flow to my sprinkler. We paid $400 to have a faucet replaced and we still need to spend money to get pressure regulation.?

I will never use A1 Plumbing again. We asked for our toilet to be reset, which they did. That came at a cost of $293.00. They replaced the workings inside tank, which probably did not need to be done, and charged us an additional $293.00 for that as well. It took less than an hour to complete the job. 2 technicians came on call. Only one really did work. What a rip off!! I called them twice to get an adjustment on costs, but would not budge. Buyer beware....no more A1 Plumbing.

Carlos and Juan were very honest, and communicated clearly and respectfully about what the repair would involve and require. Their quote was very reasonable and the time-line was outstanding. I enjoyed meeting them and they were enjoyable to work with.

The leak is back. I will call another plumbing company. Do not use this company. I wouldn't give this company one star but you have to choose one in order to post.

Had a washing machine drain overflowing and called A-1 and they sent 2 plumbers within an hour. The 2 plumbers spent 4 hours trying to fix the problem and never even fixed the clogged drain. They tried to add more on to my bill and just decide to charge me $200 dollars to leave without fixing the problem! The best thing they did for me was they gave me the number to Action Drain and Rooter and They fixed the clogged drain in a half hour and cost $92.50! Please go with Action Drain and Rooter Service and not A-1. $200 for absolutely nothing!

I had them out twice in late 2019 and was happy with their service. They worked with me on scheduling the jobs, and stayed within the estimated time they quoted me for each job. I only have one bathroom and didn't want it unavailable for more than an hour each time, and they got it done in the time they said. While replacing fixtures they found some old connector pipes that needed replacing, they did that within time and cost quoted. They were courteous and easy to have in my house. I will use them again.

as always A-1 plumbing did an excellent job on my water heater, replacing the thermostat and restoring my hot water. This is about the third or forth time I have called A-1 plumbing for service, they are always professional and explain each step of the project being done. Had them out to help with a clogged drain. Said they would be here between 2 and 4. Got a call and said they were on the way at noon. Witb my fexibilty at work it was great to get it done earlier. Office staff and field techs were very friendly and professional. Wasn't thrilled about the fee to just come out and evaluate the problem. But I guess that's life and the work had to be done.
