I had A-1 plumbing come out to my house to clean out my sewer line as the toilet was backing up. Two guys showed up and my wife felt pressured into signing the paperwork. They said they cleaned out the sewer lines and were gone in less than half an hour. They charged us 395.00. A couple of days later the sewer was still not flowing well. I looked into the clean out and could see roots. I pulled out several large clumps of roots. I had to hire another company to come out and do the job right. I will never use them again

Had new toilet and seat put in for $580. Seat broke in one month. They refused to replace. Would have charged service call $$$ to replace it and we would pay for new seat! Ridiculous. Their guarantee and customer service is worthless. Could have mailed me a replacement and I would install,it. Don't use A1 if you want customer loyalty service

I don't recommend A1 Plumbing and think they are running a corrupt business and with out getting into details. My elderly parents had just bought a new toilet and had it sitting in their living room ready to be installed. My husband and I usually like being there when things get done to make sure it goes smoothly because they can get confused easily but unfortunately we could not. A1 came in removed their old toilet and replaced it with the new one that took less then a hour to install with no complications. A1 charged my folks 283 dollars for installing a toilet.... This is a ridiculous amount of money and I feel A1 took advantage of elderly folks with set income. After checking other prices its not the going rate . My husband called the manager/owner and she justified everything.
Lesson Learned..... Always make the time for the elderly because we are there ears and mouth so they dont get taken.

06/15/15 You decide, they replaced a water pressure regulator, total cost $559.00... parts $150 (from research not itemized on the bill)... took about an hour ... LABOR CHARGE $409 FOR (1) HOUR - No response from business on excessive bill... I did agree to the estimate which seemed a little high, but assumed based on the discussion that it would be a difficult job - but that was not the case - LET ME REPEAT MYSELF - OVER $400 FOR ONE HOUR OF LABOR -

We had a water leak about 4 feet from the meter. We hired a professional leak detector to come out and locate and mark it. I had A1 plumbing come out for an estimate which they charged me $39.00. The estimator said $4,000 for a new line to be put in, which he was pushing for, or between $1,200-$2,400 to just repair the leak. I called Judsons. Judsons came right out and repaired the leak for $260.19. You read that right. Thank God for Judsons!

A-1 did a great job fixing my clogged kitchen sink and recommending ways to keep it from clogging in the future. The plumber who came to my home was extremely polite and kind. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I felt the cost was too much.

I would give zero star if I could! They basically stole my $$, saying they fixed my toilet, it was not fixed, they would not come back. I had to hire ANOTHER plumbing company to fix it. Took 2nd company 5 minutes. It has been fixed every since. A-1 would not refund my $$. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

A-1Plumbing 2 thumbs up. Second time they have come out. This time I called right before Christmas so I could get dishwasher & sink installed. This was an insurance job, ( State Farm is insurance company and this review will not be favorable for them) Just like last time A-1 had someone there next day. Once again their staff, Juan & Sal arrived on time, on time! How often does that happen with plumbers?Professional looking, friendly, didn't get upset when my Lab said hello with a little sniff at their crotch area

My 80 year old mom called this place up to come fix her clogged toilet. They put a snake down her system didn't fix the problem charged her $600 and said thank you very much nothing we can do. Don't waste your money on a company like this.
