I called and scheduled an appointment with this service co for 9am on a wed. Finally at 4pm the day of the appointment, after i had left 4 messages . Ira called and said there had been a schedule conflict and he would come the following morning at 730am. It is now 350pm and he is still a no show or call. I and my husband have left 6 messages. This a totally urerelible business. They have no professionalism, and do not care about customer service. I have scheduled with another plumber, to do the work. The worst part is we have been with out AC since the sat but it was a holiday weekend, and he knew how hot it is.
