The worker ( David ) that came out was very pleasant. He is a worker for the A-1 company . The price was inflated by this company for a Sump Pump . We paid over 1,800.00 which is extremely High. Did not get a receipt or warranty in writing . After researching other companies for this service it is evident that we were duped. Jacksons

I like to patronize small family-owned businesses. The owners Gerald and Elizabeth are fine people. Have used A-1 for years for work in my business and home. They have always done a good job in a timely manner. The worksite is always clean when they leave.

We had major sewage back up and had to call for some really good and fast help these were the guys to call the responded fast very clean and very good customer service the guys worked hard all day for 3 days they had to locate the pipe that busted out in the yard they found it under our drive way they dug it up and came back to pour the new concrete they cleaned my yard and drive way free of any mud I will never use any other plumbing company and will always and only recommend them to everyone I know that ever needs a plumber

I've used this plumbing company twice and that was two times too many. Their communication is less than terrible. First time they came out without calling first, as they are supposed to, and we were not home. Had to rush home to meet them. Second time they didn't show within their 4 hour service time and never called to tell us that they weren't coming out. I called the company twice that day to confirm they were coming and even called within the service time to get an estimate on when they were coming. No show. Their technicians are incompetent and lack both people skills and customer service. I don't expect a plumber to be an Einstein or Zig Zigler but I do expect for them to have common sense. The first time they came out they didn't been fully clear our line going to the street, confirmed by the County Sewer, and that is what prompted me having them come out again a week and a half later. DO NOT USE THEM...PLENTY OF PLUMBERS IN ATLANTA.

This is the first company of 80+ that I'm rating a 1. These people are lazy, take short cuts, non responsive, and will cost you. I had some basic plumbing done - toilet installations - as part of a floor remodeling project. They didn't ensure that the connection was sealed which resulted in a slow leak. The leak went from the bathroom on my 2nd floor down to the roof of the bottom floor. I noticed it as a huge dripping bubble in the ceiling. Needless to say - plenty of damage and mold. I've contacted them multiple times about squaring this away as their insurance should cover it. I always get the run around and no-shows when appointments are scheduled. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
