Horrible some sort of con going on was told45 dollars to come take a look at the job then was told a very high price about installing new toilets then the price for the estimate somehow became 100 dollars when I called back to speak to the manager or secretary the same tech that came out to the house picked up the phone and told me that the owner doesn't let his number out I googled the address it is just a house nothing to do with a real company very very bad

We had a plumbing problem with our tub and shower so we called this company.
A real plumber answered the phone and told us what the problem might be but a housecall was nessacary for $99.
This we thought was reasonable as no one works for free anymore.
He showed up within two hours and found that just some caulking was needed saving us hundreds!
We appreciate this kind of honesty and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our water heater decided to spring a leak on a Sunday morning of course.We tried to contact a couple of plumbers we used in the past.No response from anyone.So much for customer loyalty.
Anyways we called A-1 Plumbing and short story long we had a new water heater by 5pm that night.
Can't ask for more than that these days.

Called the main number and was told someone would call to schedule appt. The guy called, we made the appointment and he didn't show or call. Took a day off to get my leak taken care of so lost time and money on my end. Turns out he was a Sub Contractor. Not sure why a plumbing company subs out plumbing work to other companies but either way I wouldn't use these guys again. Owner did call to apologize which was the correct thing to do and I appreciated it but doesn't change the lost time on my end. Hopefully they find more dependable plumbers in the future.

The furnace pilot light went out early this spring and would not stay lit. Gary was here an hour after I called and my house was warm again in 2 hours. I am very happy with the service.

Made appointment. Was 2 hrs late. On the phone contiuously. Over charged me for small job. Did not guarantee work. Came to house, had to leave for tshirt only had sweatshirt on. Left a second time for another hour. Went to get parts, came back with wrong parts. Supervisor came . Now when I flush the toilet the water pressure in sink is awful. He came for a clogged bathroom sink drain. Took 5 hours total but only actually worked 1 and 1/2.

Wow. Called to get an estimate on a small project. Guy wouldn't tell me much about charges and after a couple of minutes told me that they were ""pretty busy with commercial work so we're probably not the plumber you're looking for."" Apparently they don't need the business so don't waste your time calling.
