Cal them to check my ac and they qoute me $1,800 to replace condenser and fill with freon. To expensive got a second opinion and found out there was nothing wrong with the condenser, and my freon was already full. There was a wire issue, so thanks to Mike from another company he was awesome I would never refer A 1 Plumbing air conditioning to anyone

Cannot recommend. Used them twice. Prices were absurd. Was I ripped off? Cannot say for sure but it certainly felt like it.

If I could leave a 0/5 review I would. An immature misogynistic man-child by the name of ""George"" came out to my mother's house to fix her Air Conditioning unit and charge her $400 for a new capacitor. While doing that, he tried to aggressively upsell her on Frion at almost a 200% markup. My Mom being smart enough to call my cousin that's a contractor reached out to him to reveal that George and A-1 were acting in bad faith and thus only choose to replace the capacitor and not the Frion. The following day the central A/C was not working at all, so we hired a reference from my cousin. The reference of my cousin revealed that George did not actually finish the job and advised we call him back before installing additional Frion. When George came back the following day he was increasingly aggressive with my Mom until I came out and he invited me up on the roof to review what he had done and inform me that the AC was now working. I told him ""thank you"" and that I was happy the job was now done. After I came down the ladder myself I held it in place for him to proved more security for his descent and he balked at me telling me it wasn't necessary, to which I replied ""just trying to be nice."" I thanked a few additional times while he packed up his car and closed the front door as he got in his van. Moments later he returned to the front door and I answered it. He then demanded to speak to my Mother and I refused while telling him he did a great job. He then proceeded to have a emotionally charged outburst about how unmanly and disrespectful I was. He then told me I don't get to talk to him the way I did while wearing my shorts. George is clearly a sad infantile child suffering a mid-life crisis and attempting to express it by projecting his own disrespect and a slew of other regressive personality traits. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had the A-1 Plumbing take a look at the leak in my bathroom. The person was prompt and was able to find the leak. However, his work is the problem. He sealed the bathroom tub faucet to prevent anymore leak. The sealant is everywhere and he destroyed the glaze on the bath tub wall. For 600 dollars no less. I probably will use someone else next time.
